Development Background: It was a cold November night at the annual Invictus exhibition when serendipity made the paths of the CEO of Serenity Shipyards cross with those of the main heads of Origin Jumpworks and Crusader Industries. Their company policies had calcified over time and drifted toward the same mistakes as the 21st century had witnessed; What once were pioneers of space ship development were now nothing more than shareholder pleasers. The ship originally conceived by a former player of DU the "Whale Shark" is all space cargo power. The interior is left bare to allow for a personal touch to its owner. There is a placemnt for AGG and extra retro brakes and a sheild if desired. Color choices are your own given the new abilities to the BP. Are you a psychopath that looked at the L Core DIS10L and thought it was... puny? AGG, Large Shields and 20kt hauling from and to Alioth with only basic engines. 2 M space, and 2 L space for reverse thrust to help with braking or reversing. Dont forget all that deck space! Load up with enough supplies to stay in PVP/PVE space for days or fill the deck with containers. The DIS10 is now over 3 years old and time for an upgrade. Now with new colors and fixed flight elements the DIS10 is now ready for service once more. This has been an amazing ship for me to use for months now and im happy to be sharing it with everyone. Due to the design its not a perfect flyer it does still roll a little when turning but overall its a great ship. Does fly better with a load. The other flight issues from late beta have been fixed. The ship will pull 20kt with work to be fair anyone should be able to do 15kt very easy. Viper MK2 McQuaid Security is proud to bring you the Viper, in cooperation with the designer Wadiss and WadiCorp. If you want to hop around quickly between mining units or dash to the store and back for a few items, without taking your large fuel-sucking ship, look no further! The Viper can take you anywhere planetside while having a non-boxy appearance. Just look at the screen shots and note the fine voxel detailing throughout! The ship is outfitted with: -1 container S to hold misc. odds and ends from the market. -overpowered brakes so you can float down to any destination easily. -rounded non-boxy styling from nose to engines. -and more! I loaded the container with 56t of pure iron, hematite and other ores and this ship has no troubles at all flying this, however, although the hovers lift plenty of weight, it can't lift full iron amounts of weight (I can lift about 50% of the Container S full of iron with the hovers). I took off on a straight, smooth surface with all that iron. Sustentation speed is very low (90kp/h!) to it's easy to putt-putt in the air for perfect aim in landing. I also have a compactable version with no container and a single fuel tank in a different dispenser at the same location. A ship designed for BSW lead engineer dogface. The Diamondface is based on his favorite ship from Elite Dangerous: The Diamondback Explorer. Diamondface is a S-core all-rounder with a single L container and fully equipped for space for atmospheric travel. Safe type Space Engines allow for a rapid warm up and acceleration out of atmosphere. It also features a luxurious interior with bedroom, dinette and bathroom, as well as a respawn node. The design also incorporates a warpdrive which can be excluded on your personal build, if you choose. This ship was designed with aesthetics in mind, but dogface has painstakingly ensured the ship flies, turns, rolls, pitches and yaws smoothly with no overlapping axes, with balanced center of mass and abundant atmospheric lift. The main feature of this ship is its stability. It does not lose wing lift with side slip up to 45 degrees. A cross-section of 150 m2 allows for high speeds in the atmosphere.
