MC Industries presents the Basic Platform S, a multi-purpose S core platform that is designed for low cost and maximal utility while presenting a heavy-duty industrial aesthetic reminiscent of offshore drilling platforms. The tall pillars upon which the platform rests allows for the most flexibility for placement on uneven terrain with minimal terraforming, that a small core would allow. Only tier1 materials are used, so it could be deployed quite soon after launch. It can easily be used as a remote mining platform. Six openings in the floor allow mining beams to penetrate and the raised platform allows plenty of room for ore to spawn beneath the mining units for easy collection. The interior features a display stand with space for two large transparent screens and shelves for placing container hubs, programming boards, detection zones and all the other elements needed to support mining and factory LUA applications. There is enough space for 10 Container L inside, plus the mining units and even a few industry units for ore or fuel refining. The roof of the structure can be used as a landing pad for small craft with a ladder providing access. If you don't want the mining unit holes in the floor, a simple copy-paste operation can be done to replace them with a floor segment that is solid. Though the photos show some elements placed, the blueprint is supplied without any elements. Just voxels. You can grow and expand the amenities like LUA and larger containers as Noveans manufacturing capabilities expand after launch. So if you want a mining or industry platform that is cheap to build but looks better than a flat piece of silicon honeycomb and can grow with your Novean talents, take a look at the Basic Platform S from MC Industries.

The bottom of the tower can be sunken into the land as far as needed and has ladders for access from the ground. Add a surrogate pad and you can easily VR there to calibrate your off-world tiles. The landing pad on top fits S core ships easily and provides EZ access to all 8 miners and the Hub. Landing activates the screen which shows how much ore is currently available. LUA included. This is a small core starter warp cell factory designed mainly for personal use production of warp cells. All industry is labeled via screens for easy startup. Pre installed with Indy Hud by Codeinfused. Current setup will make 2 warp cells every 50mins with no talents. This can be increased easily by adding more glass furnaces for the warp cells and increasing the output of a few of the electronics machines. McBain Rocket Shop Showroom Floor with Attached Factory Version 1.0 This is a multi-large core build, in total there are 4 large cores, one for each pedestal, one for the factory and one for the hangar. I wanted a hangar attached to my factory, some place I can work and build XS and S ships with good lighting and manufacture tokens all in the same structure. Near future I will have attached landing pads and voxel library storage area. The showroom area is just about the length and width of a large core large enough to showcase or store several small and extra small ships. The factory is five open floors of space with a floating control center. Currently have installed enough machines to make all parts basic thru advanced and have only used a quarter of available space. There are 2 landing pads and an observation deck with elevators to move about quickly. Pedestals available if needed. my little entry for the NQ Build Your Legacy contest, only started last week so not to long on the build but im happy how it turned out which is pretty hard putting detail together with the rules of no more than 700 meters of honeycomb, comes with lobby, office, living room, bedroom, bathroom and storage area for ship parts, ive always built large core buildings but ive enjoyed playing around constructing a building this size with compact rooms that have a true feeling of space for the size of our avatars, i will look forward to doing more on release :)
