MC Industries presents the Basic Platform S, a multi-purpose S core platform that is designed for low cost and maximal utility while presenting a heavy-duty industrial aesthetic reminiscent of offshore drilling platforms. The tall pillars upon which the platform rests allows for the most flexibility for placement on uneven terrain with minimal terraforming, that a small core would allow. Only tier1 materials are used, so it could be deployed quite soon after launch. It can easily be used as a remote mining platform. Six openings in the floor allow mining beams to penetrate and the raised platform allows plenty of room for ore to spawn beneath the mining units for easy collection. The interior features a display stand with space for two large transparent screens and shelves for placing container hubs, programming boards, detection zones and all the other elements needed to support mining and factory LUA applications. There is enough space for 10 Container L inside, plus the mining units and even a few industry units for ore or fuel refining. The roof of the structure can be used as a landing pad for small craft with a ladder providing access. If you don't want the mining unit holes in the floor, a simple copy-paste operation can be done to replace them with a floor segment that is solid. Though the photos show some elements placed, the blueprint is supplied without any elements. Just voxels. You can grow and expand the amenities like LUA and larger containers as Noveans manufacturing capabilities expand after launch. My first Sanctuary Structure and probably the only structure, which I have actually used that I will share here. This is because I like to make underground structures and they just look like boxes from the outside. I designed it with a landing pad, public hatch to allow people into what I imagined would be a store when I build it and a private elevator to allow me quick access to the interior, that is locked away from the public. Inside I have a few decorations, separate shower and toilet and one bedroom. Also have below that, what is now a store room but did start out as a factory room. Technically the images are showing the top of a Large static core but I liked the roof so much I recreated it (transferred it) to the large core when I swapped out the XS core (and S core I was using as a factory under, Under Snowy). So basically the reason I am sharing this is the landing pad on top and windows peaking out over the ground surface. Note Snowy is what I called my sanctuary tile because it has some snow in some places. I picked the tile because I wanted to see what the map was showing. It turned out the map was accurately depicting the snowy areas.

At daytime a fairly normal looking tower, but at night it seems to be burning. 5,000,000 quanta for a batch of 8 blueprint copies. Deploying strategy: 1. deploy the base core 2. deploy the North core, then the East, then the South and then the West core 3. deploy the first floor on the base core 4. deploy the second floor on the first floor 5. the second floor bp copy is DRM free so you can mulitply it to make your Lotus tower higher 6. deploy the top floor on the final second floor core NOTE! Possible problems: while connecting the North, East, South and West cores to the base core you may have to remove glass panels from the base (4 in the center) and then place them back when the core is placed. Here it is! The Kombat Extendable Mining Rig, Landing and Launch Pad system. Build with the custom, patented landing deck. This one does not use fussy zero-G technology but relies instead on trusty steel and concrete to keep everything upright. On deployment you can chose your own building material honeycombs (Primary, Contrast, Metal and Lumi). Comes in four flavours with each it's own distinct role: Barrier - (Bp: 0.9M Token: 2.7M) The basic variant is used as a simple but elegant landing platform that allows any M-core or smaller ship to land safely on it. Guided by landing lights and having a nice elevator down to the ground. Corsar* - (Bp: 1.8M Token: 3.6M) This one comes with a hole in the top! But in that hole fits a Medusa Y-Lift capable of lifting around 600tons on Alioth and up to 2Kt on places like Madis without talents. It comes with a nice ramp that allows you to walk up right to the Elevator seat. Kombat - (Bp: 1.8M Token: 3.9M) Ah, the trusty workhorse of the lot. Why not have you landing pad AND do three tile mining all from the same spot? Comes with 3x basic and 1x uncommon mining units but can be extended or swapped out to any configuration. Comes with all the luxuries of both the Barrier and the Corsar but also spots an Large Container to hold all your ore. Can be deployed to service 1, 2 or 3 adjacent tiles from one location.
