Many times the design for a ship doesn't need to be complicated to be effective and efficient! The Broken Arrow utilizes a sleek traditional shape and clever positioning for elements resulting in an impressive performance for the ship size. 5 small containers provide an excellent hauling capacity (space to add 2 more for 7 total) - she'll carry more than double her own weight in cargo with power to spare and low cost parts mean this ship won't break the bank if you happen to ding into anything during your adventures. FAST- because the weight is low this ship will do around 50k depending on skills and cargo. LOW COST- Uses basic engines all around (1L Atmo, 4M Space) keep the maintenance and fuel extremely low. This was my 'day one' ship, and still preferred daily choice. MISSION RUNNER SPECIALIST: This setup makes a fantastic mission runner ship for the 'Aileron Parts 180k' run. (Round Trip in 9 Min) . With a few pilot skills this missile can climb straight to space at 90 deg from standstill... is very lightweight so will stop on the dime or pull out of dives very easily. Use the 'Boom and Zoom' technique to loop down onto the mission turn-in before bouncing back up into space. Also makes a hilariously fun kamikaze ship for obvious reasons as well. *Ship Inspiration: One of those movies you watch about a hundred times as a kid, Broken Arrow (1996). Featured a unique plot where an air force colonel tries to steal a nuclear bomb. *Specifications listed reflect upgrades made AFTER initial ship/skills deployment. The Oswen class is an XS PvP Ship cannon build, a great little fun ship to muck around with your friends dogfighting or just to mess about. All my designs will be available at The Third Verse server Introducing the Luminaris and Luminaris Pro upgraded version: The personal transport of the future. This XS core, ultra light orbiter was sculpted entirely using the VPT for maximum style. Designed with fuel economy and basic parts in mind, I set out to make a sleek, easy to acquire ship that everyone can enjoy post wipe. The Luminaris has 1 Medium and 2 Small Atmospheric engines with 4 Small Space engines and has a top speed of 49,000km/h+ in space. Feel the thrill as you drift around celestial bodies and stop on a dime when you reach the end of your intrepid journey. The ship wasn’t built for hauling although 6 Basic XS Containers on a hub are provided for light shopping and carrying around your data items, spare fuel and scrap. I hope you have as much fun flying the Luminaris as I had building the ship. Achieving the tiny form factor without compromising on the elements needed to retain its performance was, in some ways, more of a challenge than on the M core Stiletto I built. The Luminaris comes with Arch HUD by default (made by Archaegeo). On top of that I have chosen to use the Container Monitor open source LUA by Krengus of ASTCO as this is a helpful script for checking weight, fuel and inventory at a glance. After 2 Months building and testing, its finally time to release our new Ship the Trinity! It comes in 2 Versions, a Tri Core Scanner and a Cargo Only Version. Both Versions have got a medium Shield Generator and a Warpcore. The Trinity S3 is a Outpost Deployment Ship. It has three Territory Scanners and some space for cargo for all the Elements you need for your Outposts. So right after finding your super worthy tile, you could have everything with you to deploy your Outpost. It should handle around 600t-1kt Materials for your Outposts depending on your piloting Skills. Small Atmo Engines on the side and in the front are making sure you are able to manveuer your Ship to the perfect spot to scan 3 tiles at once. It has T2 Maneuver Engines for longer scan sessions without refuelling and faster warmup times for your engines. The Trinity-C is the Cargo Version. I thought it would be a good idea to do a Cargo Only version because there might be ppl that tend to use the trinity for cargo. The Trinity-S3 isnt made for taking large loads with it, just enough to deploy some Outposts. So here is the Trinity-C with some more Containers on it and Atmo Engines Swapped to Full T2 Military Engines to give you some extra Lift Capacity. The Turtle is an S core Hauler designed for solo or duo mining expeditions on other planets and bringing your ore back to alioth. Since we never bring heavy loads out of alioth it is a bit low on space thrust , but fine on all sub1G planets. Exelent weight distribution and nice handling. Overpowered braking power for the not so exprienced player. Ship stats with advanced engines / lvl5 Boosts, rest at lvl 4: 1G (alioth to space): lvl5 pilot skills 1550t lvl4 pilot skills 1250t lvl3 pilot skills 1000t (no altitude eff./no warmup opt.) below not tested.
