Very Small S Core Single L Container Hauler The Ugly Armadillo is _almost_ small enough to be an XS unit but didn't _quite_ fit. If you need a small, cheap, easy to fly space hauler for runs outside of the safe zone that won't cause you major loss if you get shot down... this is it. The Ugly Armadillo was my own solution to this problem, and now I'm sharing it with you. Lightweight, well balanced, and very easy to fly. Do yourself a favor, stay out of the pipe... this is not a defensive craft... it is meant to be a sacrificial lamb in the event someone wanting what you have catches up with you!

Suborbital Superspeeder Double-Seater - - - 4,000+ km/h at edge of atmosphere --------------------------------------------------- For reference, please also see "Anisoptera v1" and "Anisoptera v2" on this website (the previous versions). The Anisoptera v3 X2 (internal code name: "Blitz Dual") is the latest version of this famous dragonfly-alike designer speedboat, ihere as the two-seater version. The original designs called for a fast boat that could fit many different types of ship hangars, thus the resulting concept was that of a very slender ship hull. That in return resulted in a low drag amount and therefore high possible speeds if powered adequatly. Overheating starts at 1,800 km/h, first damage at around 2,300 km/h. At the edge of the atmosphere, in suborbit, no damage and overheating, and speeds in excess of 4,000 km/h. The version 3 has the following improvements over V2: - even higher speed (same atmospheric 2,300 km/h as before but now beyond 5,000 km/h suborbit) - slightly increased wing lift capacity - more brake power - passenger seat And the best is: from the outside there is almost no difference! Playing a vital role in the naval forces of the Martian Congressional Republic, and loaded with many of the cutting-edge military technologies that have come to define the Martian approach to warfare, the MCRN Corvette, or Corvette-Class Light Frigate, is a powerful and well-rounded attack craft, whose mission profile ranges from lethal anti-capital strikes to troop deployment and fleet escort duties. Though the vessel is named "Corvette Class" the ship is in fact a Light Frigate, but was designed specifically to fill the maneuverable fleet escort role historically attributed to corvettes, and named accordingly. As well as playing a crucial part in most MCRN battlegroups, the Corvette is often deployed as a patrol vessel, customs enforcement craft and reconnaissance ship, taking advantage of its long range and versatility to serve the cause of the Martian Republic across the breadth of the solar system. This ship is a pvp-fitted replica of the MCRN Tachi or later Rocinante from the scifi show 'The Expanse' and comes with 3 interior decks aswell as some additional free space in the "engineering" deck below a hatch in the lowest interior deck. This version, compared to Destrin's amazing M core replica, sports her original MCRN colors in her paintjob. The blueprint of the ship comes without weapons, as to make deploying the blueprint easier (and less expensive). The ship's default orientation is vertical and can switch to horizontal (normal) flight via gyroscope. You can either toggle it via ArchHUD on the pilot controller seat with alt+9 or you can toggle it in first person from either the gunner seat or pilot seat. This XS core, ultra light orbiter was sculpted entirely using the VPT for maximum style. Designed with fuel economy and basic parts in mind, I set out to make a sleek, easy to acquire ship that everyone can enjoy post wipe. The Luminaris has 1 Medium and 2 Small Atmospheric engines with 4 Small Space engines and has a top speed of 49,000km/h+ in space. Feel the thrill as you drift around celestial bodies and stop on a dime when you reach the end of your intrepid journey. The ship wasn’t built for hauling although 6 Basic XS Containers on a hub are provided for light shopping and carrying around your data items, spare fuel and scrap. I hope you have as much fun flying the Luminaris as I had building the ship. Achieving the tiny form factor without compromising on the elements needed to retain its performance was, in some ways, more of a challenge than on the M core Stiletto I built. The Luminaris comes with Arch HUD by default (made by Archaegeo). On top of that I have chosen to use the Container Monitor open source LUA by Krengus of ASTCO as this is a helpful script for checking weight, fuel and inventory at a glance.
