The plan was to test out how to make a space station about 65KM from the planet. Assuming I'd succeed the idea behind the station was to use it for making fuel and basic scrap without having to land on the planet. So I obviously succeeded at making the space station however, the location was completely wrong for the job. It turns out you need to make the space stations away from where your bases are and stock them with resources you need at those locations. That said it was fun doing it for the first time and the views are super.

This is a modular showroom allowing you to make it your own - Each panel is available at the corners in the showroom so you can change up the outside as you see fit. There are 4 pads on the edges to show off 4 S/XS cores and plenty of space in the middle to show off an M core. Hallways underneath are leveraging the "DF Firestorm Hallways & Decor" voxel library which is also for sale (voxel library is DRM Free!!). putting big L core stations together is fine but when you want to break up the monotony, give this connector module a whirl. Still an L core but a little smaller to add some depth to your modular stations.
