Imperial Asteroid Miner RAAM - - - Officially declared as native imperial design, in dirty taverns and other dark corners of the outer worlds of the Empire it is said that in reality the RAAM is in reality the product of a very questionable co-operation between the engineers of the Empire and some strong forces among the galactic scum, or to be exact, with a certain Bobba Fett - an infamous bounty hunter and contract killer. That would explain some of the details of the ship's design. Her two L-size containers can load plenty of space fuel for the asteroid tracking, and she also has two L-size space fuel tanks. Once an asteroid has been found in safe space, those two containers allow for a long, effective mining. From the space station where she unloaded her cargo, she can also venture into the atmosphere of planets up to 1G. Her inertia is surprisingly well balanced. She features a small compartment at her back from where the hardy space miners can start the tunnel digging. There is an own room for the captain, one for the first officer, and there are seating possibilities for up to 6 more miners. Saedow asked Chewie "would you mind if I revive it without your help? put an AESIR twist to the ship?" and Chewie replied "here is a drm free blueprint, do whatever you want with it". That was on the 3rd of April. Today, the 23rd of May, the ship is finally finished after 50 days of work and love. AESIR named it the Freyr Class. The Flying Dutchman would also have been an appropriate name... The Dart is one of the few "real" Warp-Shuttles available since the release of Dual Universe. It is built for minimum weight while still maintaining a pleasant appearance. Since the weight of the warp drive was increased to 75t, most low-weight shuttles became obsolete. They simply do not produce enough lift anymore to haul the warp drive around. Because this unfortunately affected also our beloved "Needle", the Dart was born. Just 4 warp cells from Alioth to Madis, 15 to Teoma. This is not a racer, flight is docile and leaving Alioth is a bit challenging for a pilot without skills. The handling improves dramatically for a pilot with just lvl2+ talents on engines and wings. Stats are for unskilled pilots, cargo lift depends heavily on pilot skills. This version features all advanced military engines. The main pic is in the harshest possible light to show any imperfections so you're not getting a MySpace angle. This is my pride and joy, a lovingly created M core Enterprise-D. An L core will follow based on what I learned. Off the bridge is the lush Captain's Quarters with all the modern amenities for any Captain that needs time alone to ponder breaking the Prime Directive. Off the other side is the main corridor which curves forward to an integrated weapons control centre. This can access the rear sides of the embedded forward saucer lasers and their associated ammo containers. Off the main corridor are the lab, then passing the lounge and lavatory as one loops back around the rear saucer to enter the rear-centrally located Main Engineering where M Shield and Warp Drive are accessible. Passing to the other side of the saucer is a large segmented area that is open for your own customization, currently acting as general crew quarters. She has L Military Engines in her nacelles, a pair of M Military on the neck flaps and two more on the rear belly for a surprising amount of 'full impulse'. The saucer is packed with embedded L Adjustors giving her great agility. She can respond to pirates by using her high space thrust to get the enemy within M Laser range, shields up, open fire, close to S Laser range, make a pass, 180, fire rearward missiles. Hopefully by then they are deterred but if it comes to a slugfest you're not out much quanta as if you can screenshot your loss I'll give you another BP copy for free. The "Rock Hauler" named specifically after it's purpose is an M-Class hauling Frigate. A staple in the Rock Raider's logistic fleet, this commonly seen craft is reliable, sturdy, and affordable. Most rock raiders believe you should fly the ship for the purpose you need. Thus this hauler makes no attempts to visually look like a sports car, but instead is true in aesthetic to its industrialistic function of moving heaving things from point A to point B.
