The plan was to test out how to make a space station about 65KM from the planet. Assuming I'd succeed the idea behind the station was to use it for making fuel and basic scrap without having to land on the planet. So I obviously succeeded at making the space station however, the location was completely wrong for the job. It turns out you need to make the space stations away from where your bases are and stock them with resources you need at those locations. That said it was fun doing it for the first time and the views are super.

I proudly Present the Wydee-Design warp cell factory! The warp cell factory can produce 188 warp cells a day without any talents and goes up to 240. Put the ores on the input HUb on the control room at the entry of the factory and everything is being produced for you without any action to do. Everything is well designed inside and organized in a very clear industrial layout. We bring to you lean and visual management. Production behavior: - There is enough container storage to handle a complete week production - The consumption for a week is the following: - Bauxite ~48k - Hematite ~24k - Coal ~63k - Quartz ~91k - Malachite ~18k - Limestone ~35k - Natron ~14k - Pyrite ~12k - Petalite 2.6k - Acanthite ~14k The required schematics to make this run for a WEEK are the following: - Pure product schematics P2: ~1170 - Pure product schematics P3: ~ 500 - Product schematics P1: ~1750 - Product schematics P2: ~350 - Product schematics P3: ~ 210 - Warp cell schematics: ~ 1400 All those numbers are the minimum required (with a buffer included) to make the factory running for a week with: - no talents on speed increase for production - talents lvl 5 pure P1 - talents lvl 3/4 pure P2 - talents lvl 3/4 pure P3 - talents lvl 1/4 on basic products (polycarbonate / polycalcite / polysuflide / alloys (Al-Fe, Cu-Ca-Cu-Ag / Glass (basic, advanced, Ag-Li) If your talents are a bit high than this increase the capacity to make a full run for a week by 10%. Those numbers are mentionned on the screens inside the entry hall where the materials must be inserted in front of each Hubs and maintain rules are also mentionned. MC Industries presents the Basic Platform S, a multi-purpose S core platform that is designed for low cost and maximal utility while presenting a heavy-duty industrial aesthetic reminiscent of offshore drilling platforms. The tall pillars upon which the platform rests allows for the most flexibility for placement on uneven terrain with minimal terraforming, that a small core would allow. Only tier1 materials are used, so it could be deployed quite soon after launch. It can easily be used as a remote mining platform. Six openings in the floor allow mining beams to penetrate and the raised platform allows plenty of room for ore to spawn beneath the mining units for easy collection. The interior features a display stand with space for two large transparent screens and shelves for placing container hubs, programming boards, detection zones and all the other elements needed to support mining and factory LUA applications. There is enough space for 10 Container L inside, plus the mining units and even a few industry units for ore or fuel refining. The roof of the structure can be used as a landing pad for small craft with a ladder providing access. If you don't want the mining unit holes in the floor, a simple copy-paste operation can be done to replace them with a floor segment that is solid. Though the photos show some elements placed, the blueprint is supplied without any elements. Just voxels. You can grow and expand the amenities like LUA and larger containers as Noveans manufacturing capabilities expand after launch. So if you want a mining or industry platform that is cheap to build but looks better than a flat piece of silicon honeycomb and can grow with your Novean talents, take a look at the Basic Platform S from MC Industries.

Tired of hanging your ship in between the mining units every few days you visit your gold mine? Why not land in style on this luxury M-core landing pad? The top is flat for easy landing but below the real magic happens. On a lower deck, connected with two smaller cores your mining units will be waiting for you. Easily accessible with two ramps from the flight deck or by teleporter from the ground below. Be in absolute control as you calibrate up to 15 mining units without moving a single step, and before you leave have three Large containers at your fingertips to gather you hard earned ores. If you feel like getting your hands dirty you can use the access hatch to drop down to the bonus ores awaiting pickup. A quick elevator up will take you directly to the the flight deck, onwards to the next stop. If you are really in a hurry, all containers and Mining Units are also in reach from one area on the flight deck. The long and stable legs will make placing these cores a breeze, even on hilly ground. Instructions: Place M-core with the middle edge of the mining platform in the exact middle of three tiles.
