MC Industries presents the Basic Platform S, a multi-purpose S core platform that is designed for low cost and maximal utility while presenting a heavy-duty industrial aesthetic reminiscent of offshore drilling platforms. The tall pillars upon which the platform rests allows for the most flexibility for placement on uneven terrain with minimal terraforming, that a small core would allow. Only tier1 materials are used, so it could be deployed quite soon after launch. It can easily be used as a remote mining platform. Features: The Ta'veren Mega Factory is a fully modular, easily-expandable, space or static factory BP for those of you who want to link up a machine to print an end part. This factory is set to produce all components for tiers one to four. All parts with multiple outputs are designed to cycle contents. If you need more links, simply add a new box and transfer unit, remove the link from the topmost box to the bottom transfer unit, pointing to your new transfer unit, whose output goes to your new box, and link the new box to the bottom transfer unit. If you find it isn't producing as many parts as you need, simply add a new machine on top of it and have the output go to the next box.
