Unburdened by the useless mass of atmo elements, it has a solid ~7g of space thrust and a max speed of about 39,000kmh, which lets it race to asteroids quickly to beat the competition. It comes with only two M containers inside, but there are eight racks on the exterior to attach extra containers - giving it a storage volume of up to 1.7ML. These racks are also a good place to attach other elements, such as a shield. The DSAT is built into the BP, but it's easy to remove and reinsert at will with an indicator for precise placement. There's also a slot for a warp drive at the tail of the ship, but it's optional. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NOTES: • The Beltalowda comes with a DRM-free BP of a XS space station so that you can have a place to park the ship when not in use. You'll need another atmo-capable ship to haul the ore down to dirt. • For obvious reasons, don't spawn the Beltalowda in atmosphere. First place a XS space platform or two, then spawn the ship. The platform is DRM free, so you can make a core BP of it after spawning to make more of them. • If you want to convert the Beltalowda into a regular hauler, just remove the DSAT and replace it with 6 L containers, for a total of up to 14 L containers(2.7ML). Recommended max cargo mass is 2000t to keep the thrust above 1g. Listed stats are with level 4 technician/piloting talents and basic elements.

The Corvus is a new Light Cargo / Cruiser. This ship is capable of escaping Alioth at 1kt of total weight. At full fuel it will lift 600t depending on piloting skills. The last word in space elevators. The Caterpillar XL is by far the most proven and validated elevator platform in DU. Tested by the entire DU community through two years of beta. When the order form closes, we will randomize the list of Exotic buyers. The first ten buyers will get to choose which ships they want in that order, so the first name on the list gets their pick of any of them whereas the tenth person on the list gets the last remaining exotic edition. Any remaining exotic buyers will be offered first pick on the rare editions, and as long as supplies last, they'll be offered to have the engines/containers upgraded should they choose to pay the exotic ship pricing. DISCONTINUED: PLEASE SEE THE CURRENT BADGER FULL RELEASE This is the starter version of the Badger, all black aluminium honeycomb to help with printing. It can be spawned without things like windows and doors if you don't have them. Basic engines. Its been tested to take a DSAT from Haven with no problems. Anyone that buys this starter version can upgrade to the full version for 500k (1.5m full BP price) once I have them up and running. I upgraded this version for more thrust, lift and brakes to help in early game so those changes need to be retrofitted to the full version once i can print one. The stats listed are for the original badger.
