This mining platform was designed to mine up to 4 ore types using L mining units. While the mining platform will default to one mining unit per T1 ore, this can easily be changed to mine different ore with upgraded mining units. To expand the number of mining units, just link to the additional units to the mining PB and to one of the containers. To modify the ore type, rename the container element and replace the ore with the new ores full name. Adding/modifying the mining units or containers will require the programing boards to be restarted. This is an early release version of the platform, so some of the items have been reduced or removed due to availability or cost. To further save on deployment cost, you can change the honeycomb type to fit your available ore type.

Step up your mining ops with a Thumper Mining Laser from Dumboiz United. This S-Core mining unit is here to do some work! 4 mining units converge at a singular point, making gathering your surface harvest easier than ever! One large container is neatly stored up top, with a VR platform and container hub placed conveniently at the ground level. The core itself sits on the floor of the build box, making placement easy, and cleanup a breeze. Quit wasting time at your mining units! Calibrate 3/4 of your mining units from one spot, harvest all of the surface ore from one spot, and find your mining station from from a kilometer away with the scale and light emitted from this laser! putting big L core stations together is fine but when you want to break up the monotony, give this connector module a whirl. Still an L core but a little smaller to add some depth to your modular stations. Features a nice throughfare windowed walkway to transit between cores and also look out over the 10 XS sized landing pads. The plan was to test out how to make a space station about 65KM from the planet. Assuming I'd succeed the idea behind the station was to use it for making fuel and basic scrap without having to land on the planet. So I obviously succeeded at making the space station however, the location was completely wrong for the job. It turns out you need to make the space stations away from where your bases are and stock them with resources you need at those locations. That said it was fun doing it for the first time and the views are super.
