This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

"Techo Advance" is a luxury villa, complete with various unique voxel elements, like cooker, pots & pans, shield art, weapon displays, and so much more. It also has a personnel elevator at the entrance to the villa which acts as a permanent barrier when not in use. Lastly, a vault door to secure your most valuable possessions! For the interior there is a fully kitted kitchen with fridge, countertops, cooker and two basin sinks. Dining, lounge, meeting, cinema and bar all beautifully designed with ancient artefacts! A fully set up fuel and warp cells space module. 72 cells per day without any talent, Kergon, Nitron and Xeron fuels Custom LUA to manage and monitor production Uses two main hub with each 10x containers L: Ore & schematics hub: Input hub for all schematics and ores except pyrite Fuel / Pyrite / Catalyst3: Output hub for fuel and cells. Also used as input for pyrite and catalyst (optional and only used to speed up initialization) To start production, go down to bottom level and run each board (7) until screens go green. Those will set up each machine by selecting recipes and start them with correct maintain values. Cool looking L sized Landing pad for AGG platforms, it has a decorational pulsor on the bottom and has at least 3 voxel layers. The pad was designed to be a "standalone" placing them close together will need a lot of work...
