Though not as sleek or sophisticated as her Martian counterparts, the Truman-Class is famed for her sturdiness and reliability, serving as the immovable centre of a UNN Battlegroup through any manner of engagement. Using new and advanced heavy laser weapon systems, the standard Truman-Class may excel in most any situation within fleet engagements or solo missions across the system. Though her acceleration under full load of fuel and ammunition may not reach similar performances as other gunships might boast, the fact that her 6 XL engines are uncommon maneuver models mean she will be able to accelerate and re-align her vector fast enough to still be able to get into range of most any opponent. Ship stats: (stats changed from beta to launch!) - 6 advanced heavy laser L, combined to 1 L gunner seat with an optimal range of 0.86su - can be controlled by a single gunner who may also pilot the ship via remote control. If you are a singleplayer, you can be effective with this ship all on your own - fairly balanced inertia matrix greatly reduces involuntary axis drift during maneuvers - around 8g+ of maximum thrust with the base engines (Uncommon Maneuver Space XL) - around 6g+ of brake force - 8771m³ steel frame, reinforced with 1152m³ gold honeycomb, aswell as 3027m³ silver honeycomb and slightly above 1000m³ decorational interior HC (Lumi Glass, Carbon Fiber, Aluminium) - ship has enough space within its hull for customization (additional cargo containers for example) or for future elements (shield modules, energy reactors etc.) - successfully BATTLE-TESTED against a Russian railboat If you like not having to rely on friends being online whenever you look for PvP content, then this single-seater laserboat in the aesthetic design of "The Expanse" UNN ships might be just for you. This easy to use go-to 1kt hauler is an improvement on previous versions. This is the most effective small scale hauler I could make, basically 2 large rare military atmo engine housings with foils. The Dragonfly is the result of my first 3 days into Dual Universe. She was designed to lift me off of Haven and to Alioth. Boy, had I known there was rent to be paid, I might have stayed a bit longer. Anyways, the Dragonfly is a reliable and practical ship, biggest I could make her with XS size. She is a hybrid, easily gets you to space and does the Haven-Alioth back and forth trip multiple times before running out of juice. The Dragonfly also comes with a small interior and can be Upped with additional cargo whenever necessary. She is built smart, with maximum maneuverability and ideal weight distribution in mind. And on top of all that, she is pretty. You should be able to build her without the need to purchase anything with an assembly line M and by disassembling the pilot outpost starter base. UPDATE: I have just upgraded the ship to latest specs compatible with the released game. Also upgraded most rooms, like the lounge and crew cabins etc. There is now even a Space Café on the ship :) ILLYRIA is my Flagship - The ship weighs several thousand ton, is ca. 128m long and has a cargo capacity of over 1 million liters. It also has 2 XL Space Engines + 2 Medium Space Engines for a total thrust of over 50 Million Newtons. Further, it has 14 Large Atmospheric Engines with 70+ Million N thrust. There is an Emergency Control Unit on the ship and in case you get killed, a resurrection pod is there as well. All critical elements are shielded by several layers of hardened steel. High End Elements include a large Warp Drive and the Anti-Gravity Generator. Illyria is primarily a Capital Cargo Ship - but I could not leave her completely defenseless, therefore I also put 2 Large Railguns on it. Space Radar is also included. Creature Comfort comes in the form of 10 Crew Cabins, with all furniture, Captain's Quarters, and 2 Forward - the R&R area - the largest interior area on the ship. There is also a Hydroponics Bay - for those long travels when you need to be able to grow your own vegetables :) The hull is made of polished stainless steel, glossy iron, glossy copper, and more metals with double and triple layers.
