Looking voor Flexibel Space Storage? You've found it! A space station to place nearby the planet(s) where you collect the Ore from your Mining Units. You can adjust the number of containers you need by yourself. Just add or remove some. A complete fuel industry 'in-house' is present in the station. All containers and fuel are accessible through a Container Hub in the operating room downstairs. Don't worry, you don't have to walk. Elevators bring you up and down. At the bottom of the space station you find 4 small landing pads to accommodate a drop off point for your small planet surface haulers. Your 'L-core-slow-boot-Freighter' can land on top of the station to pick-up the ore. Wanna have a look at the station? I don't like the huge factory blocks at all, so I took an L Core and gave myself free rein in the dimensions and design of the building. From my point of view, the entire core does not always have to be used. It is important to me that buildings fit in well with their surroundings, be it in the city or in the country. The building is an empty shell! Setting up the factory or your office in the building is entirely up to you. The plan was to test out how to make a space station about 65KM from the planet. Assuming I'd succeed the idea behind the station was to use it for making fuel and basic scrap without having to land on the planet. So I obviously succeeded at making the space station however, the location was completely wrong for the job. It turns out you need to make the space stations away from where your bases are and stock them with resources you need at those locations. That said it was fun doing it for the first time and the views are super.

Update: Blueprints are now available! VR: Hover Pad - by SVEA for a demo and location. Need a place to land you can't miss? Try our brand new L-Core Landing pad! Comes with automated guiding lights luring you straight to the middle and in case of a power outage also has nice contrasting guide arrows and markers. The pad is build on four extra large hovers so no need to work with messy pillars or other anchors to keep it down. The pad was made from a modular kit I designed, so if you do not like the outline, I am sure we can come up with something that will work for you. (except VERY rude shapes). Tip: snap it off your existing base for a nice fit and don't rotate to prevent half voxel offsets. Medium core variant of the Deluxe pads at the store location they use the same type of voxels the ones that where built where in a different color to show the flexability of the pads as far as matching whatever you want to use them for. The pads in the pictures are a grouping of 6 pads set to a center 7th core that a customer wanted.
