"Valdez V2" Built as a Serious hauling Vessel. The ship has been created as a no-nonsense purpose-built work ship. There are no Deco elements, there are no fancy board rooms or lighting elements and plants and frilly things. Very easy to deploy with alternate color choices. The total element count is 512 as delivered. The Valdez uses 18 Advanced Optimized L containers for Cargo and 2 Advanced Optimized M containers for Scrap & Warp Cells. There are 24 Advanced Military Atmospheric Engines & 4 Advanced Safe Space Engines. It has been tested leaving Sanctuary with 10kt of Cargo (12.6 kt total ship mass). It will surely lift more from a 1g planet but 10kt it what it is being rated at. This is not a build for the Novice player, due to the expense of the elements, however it will fly well in the hands of any pilot. - AGG and Warp drive are built in. - ALL elements on the ship that can be boosted, are boosted to level 5 NON PvP skills. - All listed attributes were taken while in VR so they reflect zero pilot skills, and the ship was dry and empty. The ship originally conceived by a former player of DU the "Whale Shark" is all space cargo power. The interior is left bare to allow for a personal touch to its owner. There is a placemnt for AGG and extra retro brakes and a sheild if desired. Color choices are your own given the new abilities to the BP. For when you are too tired or can't be arsed to haul your ores up to space every week after your calibration runs. Or just for when you need to bring stuff up to your space station, here is the Medusa Elevator, equiped with Yoari's Elevator script and comes with all it's perks. ( https://du-creators.org/makers/Yoarii ). Scxript price is included in the blueprint. This creature was made with a small profile in mind and lands perfectly on a matching launch pad and docks nicely on a custom space platform (see my other statics, Kombat and Bogdan). It is not the strongest elevator but it was made to haul up all the ores you can pump up for a dense ore field in one week. Pluck done one of these elevators in the middle of your field, ride it down from space and do all the calibrations with your pocket rocket, delivering all the ores directly into the elevator. The base doubles as a tri-tile mining rig so those are already done. After you calibrated and picked up the last of the ores for the week, fold up your pocket rocket, jump in the seat of the elevator and let it take you back up to your space only hauler which is waiting on the deck of the Bogdan space dock. --DU creators website is very bad i got hacked do not trust it-- All likes removed from my ships In the closing weeks of DU’s beta phase, I spent many days producing this industrial warp hauler for us all to enjoy post launch. Using a source image found online, I carefully created the Hyperion in stunning detail. The key was to remain faithful to the concept art and achieve a performance that would rival any ship in its size class. The appearance of this full size S core might deceive you, but rest assured, the handling and capability of the ship will not disappoint. Utilizing 5x Basic Container L the Hyperion can comfortably handle 1KT worth of cargo to and from a 1G planet. This is not the hard limit as with good flight talents and a seasoned pilot, the ship is capable of more than double the recommended weight. The Hyperion PRO comes equipped with 8 Advanced Military Atmospheric Engines and 6 Advanced Safe Space Engines instead of Basics. This is the only difference between the versions. The Hyperion is intended as a warp capable hauler for moving large amounts of cargo efficiently. A shield is included in the blueprint, however, it is not recommended for use in the PVP zone as it has no weapons by default. All engines can be swapped out to increase performance but you can find the recommended engine loadout on the Hyperion PRO (rated for 2KT). Please note that exceeding the recommended weight of the ship may cause brakes and wings to underperform. The inertia matrix has been fine tuned to negate as many unwanted rotational forces as possible, even under extreme load. Once again, I have installed the open source LUA for container content information and element status (coded by Krengus of ASTCo). For the flight script, I opted to use Arch HUD by default (made by Archaegeo). as it provides a clean, customizable interface that is effective at displaying all the information you need as you focus on flying and it has everything you need.
