We even sell ships at the Scrapyard. We sell them either repaird, with elements that do not have full repairtimes on them, or unrepaird so you can get it cheaper and need to repair it your self. We even buy elements that's broken, the repairtimes are what determines the price of the element/ship that we are looking at to buy. So if you are a scavanger come by and show us what you have. Looking voor Flexibel Space Storage? You've found it! A space station to place nearby the planet(s) where you collect the Ore from your Mining Units. You can adjust the number of containers you need by yourself. Just add or remove some. A complete fuel industry 'in-house' is present in the station. All containers and fuel are accessible through a Container Hub in the operating room downstairs. Don't worry, you don't have to walk. Elevators bring you up and down. At the bottom of the space station you find 4 small landing pads to accommodate a drop off point for your small planet surface haulers. Your 'L-core-slow-boot-Freighter' can land on top of the station to pick-up the ore. Wanna have a look at the station? This is the IC small core storage and industry building. There is enough room in the bottom for 6 10 stacks of large containers and some refiners or other industry. It includes 4 hub stations and screens and programming boards up to for easy inventory (Lua not included). It also includes a mesh floor for easy moving and linking of elements from the hub area.

The bottom of the tower can be sunken into the land as far as needed and has ladders for access from the ground. Add a surrogate pad and you can easily VR there to calibrate your off-world tiles. The landing pad on top fits S core ships easily and provides EZ access to all 8 miners and the Hub. Landing activates the screen which shows how much ore is currently available. LUA included. Basic Mining Towers have space for your Org name on the side to let people know who's mining in style!

The plan was to test out how to make a space station about 65KM from the planet. Assuming I'd succeed the idea behind the station was to use it for making fuel and basic scrap without having to land on the planet. So I obviously succeeded at making the space station however, the location was completely wrong for the job. It turns out you need to make the space stations away from where your bases are and stock them with resources you need at those locations. That said it was fun doing it for the first time and the views are super.

Last few months I have been working on this Market Replica. It worked out pretty well. Just check it out in VR.
