MC Industries presents the Basic Platform S, a multi-purpose S core platform that is designed for low cost and maximal utility while presenting a heavy-duty industrial aesthetic reminiscent of offshore drilling platforms. The tall pillars upon which the platform rests allows for the most flexibility for placement on uneven terrain with minimal terraforming, that a small core would allow. Only tier1 materials are used, so it could be deployed quite soon after launch. It can easily be used as a remote mining platform. Six openings in the floor allow mining beams to penetrate and the raised platform allows plenty of room for ore to spawn beneath the mining units for easy collection. The interior features a display stand with space for two large transparent screens and shelves for placing container hubs, programming boards, detection zones and all the other elements needed to support mining and factory LUA applications. There is enough space for 10 Container L inside, plus the mining units and even a few industry units for ore or fuel refining. The roof of the structure can be used as a landing pad for small craft with a ladder providing access. If you don't want the mining unit holes in the floor, a simple copy-paste operation can be done to replace them with a floor segment that is solid. Though the photos show some elements placed, the blueprint is supplied without any elements. Just voxels. You can grow and expand the amenities like LUA and larger containers as Noveans manufacturing capabilities expand after launch. So if you want a mining or industry platform that is cheap to build but looks better than a flat piece of silicon honeycomb and can grow with your Novean talents, take a look at the Basic Platform S from MC Industries.

At daytime a fairly normal looking tower, but at night it seems to be burning. 5,000,000 quanta for a batch of 8 blueprint copies. Dispenser is in the penthouse underneath the landing pad in the top of the tower. Deploying strategy: 1. deploy the base core 2. deploy the North core, then the East, then the South and then the West core 3. deploy the first floor on the base core 4. deploy the second floor on the first floor 5. the second floor bp copy is DRM free so you can mulitply it to make your Lotus tower higher 6. deploy the top floor on the final second floor core NOTE! Possible problems: while connecting the North, East, South and West cores to the base core you may have to remove glass panels from the base (4 in the center) and then place them back when the core is placed. Tired of hanging your ship in between the mining units every few days you visit your gold mine? Why not land in style on this luxury M-core landing pad? The top is flat for easy landing but below the real magic happens. On a lower deck, connected with two smaller cores your mining units will be waiting for you. Easily accessible with two ramps from the flight deck or by teleporter from the ground below. Be in absolute control as you calibrate up to 15 mining units without moving a single step, and before you leave have three Large containers at your fingertips to gather you hard earned ores. If you feel like getting your hands dirty you can use the access hatch to drop down to the bonus ores awaiting pickup. A quick elevator up will take you directly to the the flight deck, onwards to the next stop. If you are really in a hurry, all containers and Mining Units are also in reach from one area on the flight deck. my little entry for the NQ Build Your Legacy contest, only started last week so not to long on the build but im happy how it turned out which is pretty hard putting detail together with the rules of no more than 700 meters of honeycomb, comes with lobby, office, living room, bedroom, bathroom and storage area for ship parts, ive always built large core buildings but ive enjoyed playing around constructing a building this size with compact rooms that have a true feeling of space for the size of our avatars, i will look forward to doing more on release :)

The plan was to test out how to make a space station about 65KM from the planet. Assuming I'd succeed the idea behind the station was to use it for making fuel and basic scrap without having to land on the planet. So I obviously succeeded at making the space station however, the location was completely wrong for the job. It turns out you need to make the space stations away from where your bases are and stock them with resources you need at those locations. That said it was fun doing it for the first time and the views are super.

This is the first construct I designed in beta. (Almost) free blueprint with No DRM. That means you can deploy one copy, then create your own core blueprint to make as many more as you require. Classic "Brutalist" style in concrete, iron and glass. Space for up to 8 miners. Surrogate pod for VR calibrating. Luminescent glass! Chimneys! Dispenser at Hadron HQ Alioth ( ::pos{0,2,-21.7618,122.5465,114.3602} ) When placing, the opening at the base faces away and to your right, 45 degrees from straight ahead. Rotate so that corner faces you and the opening will be facing you. The concrete foundation is 7 voxels high and can be set down to accommodate most terrain on Alioth with minimal or no flattening.

Greetings Noveans. Introducing my first upload..... my S Core fuel station. It's DRM free so you can move it onto a larger core if you wish to scale up the container storage or place it at the end of your L core runway. 3 Fuel pumps with dispensers which can be configured to your own requirements, and space to expand to 5 pumps if necessary. Shop area with cash machine , refreshment vending machines, shelving for spare ship parts (Supplied empty due to upcoming beta wipe), 4 dispenser slots to sell scrap and warp cells, and a cashiers office. The rear of the office has a small empty stock room with an elevator to the fuel refinery upstairs (Again.,there is space to house the industry units to support 5 fuel pumps.)
