Hadron L Factory Hadron proudly presents our first L core factory template in our signature voxel style. 2 years and 6 iterations later, our factory core has been optimized to incorporate a clever container bus system for easy manufacturing. The bus system uses a “master container > transfer unit > bus container” format and was designed in such a way, that by using S Containers on the outer edges of the core, all products and parts (eg. steel, hydraulics, frames) can be distributed to all floors that require them for further production. This method of distribution was intended to support industry for every craftable in the game and requires the minimal amount of effort to do so. The factory has no voxel walls as it is intended for 4 additional L core shells (joining up at the center of the factory core) to make up the voxel surround. It has been designed this way to reduce lag on the central factory core itself by allowing for you to create your own voxel shell around the factory on these outer “shell cores”. This allows for additional storage or industry to be added to the free space in these shell cores. Container Hubs placed on these outer shell cores can be moved to the central monitor walls, keeping them separate from the main factory itself, allowing easy access to them from the center of the main factory core. Layout Ground Floor - Refining and Pure Products The ground floor comes with a central console for accessing multiple Container Hubs and has 8 Mining Unit holders for on site harvesting of Ore. The Ore is then fed to a series of Refiners and from there, the Pure material gets fed to Smelters, Chemical Industries, Glass Furnaces or Recyclers for conversion into Products or made into Scrap/Fuel. 1st Floor - Intermediary Parts and Complex Parts The 1st floor uses the bus system to receive the Products from the floor below and has been arranged to support the production of all Intermediary Part and Complex Parts. These Parts are then fed back to the bus for distribution to the floors above. 2nd Floor - Structural Parts and Functional Parts The 2nd floor uses the bus system to receive all Products, Intermediary Parts and Complex Parts from the floors below. This floor has been arranged to support the remaining Structural Parts and Functional Parts production, completing the entirety of the games most common Parts for distribution via the bus system to the remaining 2 floors. 3rd Floor Exceptional Parts and Warp Cells The 3rd floor is intended for production of Exceptional Parts. These are specialized parts for use in high tier production and are mostly optional. We advise using this floor for the production of Warp Cells as Exceptional Parts are a key ingredient for those and various other end game items. The floor can however also be used the same as the 4th floor to house Assembly Lines for the production of anything else you choose. 4th Floor - Assembly Lines for Finished Products and Storage The final floor is a blank slate for your production needs. It has been designed so the bus system can deliver all Products and Parts (created on the floors below) to Assembly Lines of your choice. This allows for easy expansion and linking from the bus Containers (now on all 4 sides of the core) to your choice of Assemblers. You can adjust the number of containers you need by yourself. Just add or remove some. A complete fuel industry 'in-house' is present in the station. All containers and fuel are accessible through a Container Hub in the operating room downstairs. Don't worry, you don't have to walk. Elevators bring you up and down. At the bottom of the space station you find 4 small landing pads to accommodate a drop off point for your small planet surface haulers. I don't like the huge factory blocks at all, so I took an L Core and gave myself free rein in the dimensions and design of the building. From my point of view, the entire core does not always have to be used. It is important to me that buildings fit in well with their surroundings, be it in the city or in the country. The building is an empty shell! Setting up the factory or your office in the building is entirely up to you. This Large Warp Cell Factory will produse 1440 warp cells every 24 hours with no industry boosting talents It 5 time more in production then my M core warp cell factory I do not have this up for display. I built this for a customer that supplied the industry for me to build. I tore it down for him to pickup after i completed it. This factory is built in my L core Factory Shell. Has plenty of room to add more into this building as you desire. For future reference if you add more into this factory and decide to move your location, i will create you a bp of it under certain circumstances: i would need to see the factory before you tear it down as i will create the core bp at that time, then when you tear it down i will need to come back to the same location and see it no longer exist then i will make you a bp of it at the cost it takes to make the L core BP print. McBain Rocket Shop Showroom Floor with Attached Factory Version 1.0 This is a multi-large core build, in total there are 4 large cores, one for each pedestal, one for the factory and one for the hangar. I wanted a hangar attached to my factory, some place I can work and build XS and S ships with good lighting and manufacture tokens all in the same structure. Near future I will have attached landing pads and voxel library storage area. The showroom area is just about the length and width of a large core large enough to showcase or store several small and extra small ships. The factory is five open floors of space with a floating control center. Currently have installed enough machines to make all parts basic thru advanced and have only used a quarter of available space. There are 2 landing pads and an observation deck with elevators to move about quickly. Pedestals available if needed. But yet at the same time to the experianced player, who can use it for higher tiers of ore due to the low cost. There are room for two (2) Mining units. and a capacaty of mining storage of 48 KL (With talents), in 4 small containers on the roof. There are also room for two (2) small parcel containers outside, if needed to use the mission system. And ofcourse there are even a resnode, vr station and vr pod installed. And there are still more room for you to add more storage. The "TE" is coming in five different tiers of MU´s.
