This is an M-core deployable factory that your org can use to make any kind of voxel, of any tier, whenever they want, independent of the member's talents and without involving Legates or factory managers. Members just place the order with the ordering terminal at their own convenience, return a few minutes later, and collect their voxels in the output bin. Delivers with L5 industry talents. Want to limit the factory usage to just guild members? Want to limit the maximum size of the orders? Or disable one or more tiers entirely? No problem - You have control over the orders placed.
