The wooden style condo is designed to provide plenty of open plan areas for showing off your decorations and trophies, while still being able to segregate areas for certain tasks. The balcony at the back of the 2nd floor provides a great opportunity for spectacular views, while on the ground floor, a dirt bed in front of the large windows provides a natural touch. Built on the middle of the construction grid allows for the owners to expand downwards to provide several basement levels. With plenty of ground space around the condo, several personal speeders can be parked nearby and/or develop more landscaping for natural views and enjoyments. In the process of moving, blueprints are available to Kosmos Exchange. Fun and Funky little space station. You too can create a nice little home in space with this station. Landing pad on top, nice spacious hangar, plenty of room for industry and storage all in a colorful package. Easy to expand with access doors on 3 sides to add more landing space. Industry area has a couple of different expandable set up options for your convenience. Plenty of space for parts storage as well. I proudly Present the Wydee-Design warp cell factory! The warp cell factory can produce 188 warp cells a day without any talents and goes up to 240. Put the ores on the input HUb on the control room at the entry of the factory and everything is being produced for you without any action to do. Everything is well designed inside and organized in a very clear industrial layout. We bring to you lean and visual management. Utilizing Jericho’s Mining script, you’ll have all the information you need to keep on top of your mining game. From timers to calibration percentages, miner up time and more at a glance. A single detection zone activates the mining script and lighting so no more running around in the dark with a pen and paper. The centralized VR station provides instant access to all mining units on the platform without the need to move from the spot. When deploying the platform, make sure the stairs and the voxel square at the bottom of the platform are above the surface of the terrain. This will ensure you have access to the containers if you choose to swap them out. The raised platform and circular arrangement of the mining units allow the bonus ore to spawn in a ring around the construct allowing for ease of access when collecting. This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.
