As the Rock Raiders continued their expanse they started finding, stealing, and then revamping UEF designs. One of their hauls was a sub orbital platform. Given their ingenuity they were able to drop off a haul of T1 ore and have it automatically processed into Nitron and Kergon X5 at the same time. The only maintenance to this system is the occasional purge of oxygen and hydrogen once in a while while there to fuel up Rock Raider ships. Medium core variant of the Deluxe pads at the store location they use the same type of voxels the ones that where built where in a different color to show the flexability of the pads as far as matching whatever you want to use them for.
