Only tier1 materials are used, so it could be deployed quite soon after launch. It can easily be used as a remote mining platform. The roof of the structure can be used as a landing pad for small craft with a ladder providing access. If you don't want the mining unit holes in the floor, a simple copy-paste operation can be done to replace them with a floor segment that is solid. Though the photos show some elements placed, the blueprint is supplied without any elements. Just voxels. You can grow and expand the amenities like LUA and larger containers as Noveans manufacturing capabilities expand after launch.
