All Doors/Hatches and Gates can be controlled at the individual door locations AND from a control panel on the bridge next to the command chair. There is plenty of information display room including 3 Large Transparent Screens in the cockpit plus an additional cluster of smaller screens available to the Pilot with controls for all systems. Rooms include the Bridge, Cargo Bay, Hangar Bay, Engine Room and Ready Room (below the bridge.) The discovery has been my daily driver since beta, it's never let me down. This ship can easily take twenty kilotons out of Alioth's atmosphere. It has twelve large containers and two mediums. The Discovery is an M Core and can haul several smaller ships on her deck. You could put extra containers on the deck as well or just using it as a working platform. This particular ship is the hauler version they're all so is a courier version available. 25 million for the blueprint I think is fair for everything this ship can accomplish.

LiftOff brings you an evolution of monstrous proportions, the Kong. Bringing the successful design of the Silverback up to an M core size has lead to some impressive features and improvements. Depending on pilot skills the Kong can handle 3kt of cargo off of Alioth. Also equipped with maneuvering thrusters for easy adjustments when landing at space stations. On top of that it has enough seating for 20 people and is warp capable for those group outings. The large top deck can also be used to dock small and extra small ships comfortably.
