Saedow asked Chewie "would you mind if I revive it without your help? put an AESIR twist to the ship?" and Chewie replied "here is a drm free blueprint, do whatever you want with it". That was on the 3rd of April. Today, the 23rd of May, the ship is finally finished after 50 days of work and love. AESIR named it the Freyr Class. The Flying Dutchman would also have been an appropriate name... Capable of escaping 1g with 200t of cargo - even with zero piloting talents - it's suitable for a new player who wants to kick-start their progress. It also has surplus high altitude lift and braking power to make it easier to fly. With maxed technician and piloting talents the Squire can escape 1g with up to 500t and carry up to 700t in atmo. With an optional warp drive, plenty of fuel, and a cozy interior, the Squire has only one notable drawback: If you intend to use the Squire for mission running, keep in mind that the cargo is only 120kL. Nothing is stacked, she's a fun little beast and balanced well. The design is meant to be more of a replica and is not designed to haul a ton of cargo. We have other Eve ships for that. (Hulk, Skiff...Rorqual!) She is the workhorse of our starter fleet Post-Launch and has served us well. Features other than listed: Res Node, VR In and Out, DamageControl Script, Albatross HUD. All of our Hybrid and Space Only ships have full XYZ navigation engines in space. There is a space-only version, and two combat versions based on the Prospect from Eve Online. You are welcome to request custom tokens done in specific colors.
