The Terran X40 MP is a mining plattform for new players. An easy plattform to build and maintain. And easy to check the miners if and when they need to be calibrated. In the process of moving, blueprints are available to Kosmos Exchange. New Awesomesauce space station. L core with 1 L core size landing surface and 4 M core landing surfaces below. Small control center in the middle along with walking surfaces that can connect to other cores or remove them if not needed. Tons of storage/indy space available under each pad. Hundreds of container L's fit. I put an ammo factory in one and there's so much extra space available. After new management took over servants were evicted and the housing upgraded to include luxury amenities, staff now commute to work from the mainland. This house includes a new custom art piece that is AI Generated through the use of variables and prompts. This is the IC small core storage and industry building. There is enough room in the bottom for 6 10 stacks of large containers and some refiners or other industry. It includes 4 hub stations and screens and programming boards up to for easy inventory (Lua not included). It also includes a mesh floor for easy moving and linking of elements from the hub area.

Redesigns are necessary for anything smaller, this may be possible to achieve but will be at additional cost. *Can add taxiway's or possibly parking pads if needed, should be no change in price per core depending on the request.
