As the Rock Raiders continued their expanse they started finding, stealing, and then revamping UEF designs. One of their hauls was a sub orbital platform. Given their ingenuity they were able to drop off a haul of T1 ore and have it automatically processed into Nitron and Kergon X5 at the same time. The only maintenance to this system is the occasional purge of oxygen and hydrogen once in a while while there to fuel up Rock Raider ships. Designed for diversity of production over outright capacity, the Omnifactory is the ultimate flexible manufacturing hub - whilst still allowing significant expansion of capacity if desired. It also incorporated DIAs custom written all-in-one LUA script for Industry, Storage and Schematics monitoring, viewable on a single screen and with touch control to switch between functions and scroll screen pages. Customise your screens with the multiple settings available. With designated landing pads on the roof (sized to be able to accommodate a mid-sized elevator from either SVEA or Hadron), significant additional space for more storage in the lower level and a blank canvas on the top level for creating your dream office, apartment, or just even more storage! This is the 'Expanded' version, the full on entry into the Omnifactory with all industry, transfer and storage elements configured for ease of expansion. Additional transfer units then feed to the primary storage of the next machines in the manufacturing sequence. When thinking about purchasing and deploying this Omnifactory, do bare in mind this is a pricy investment - using over 1800 transfer units alone and requiring 7.2Mlitres of storage to deploy! The DAFO think with this idea you bring more to the game, yes you can dismantle an element. But you never know what you will get out of it due to the random component you get. And so to sell the element or even a ship, you can get more out of it. Because face it, you will have more of use of an UNC.atmo L engine, even if you just can repair it 1-2 times more, than one UNC.reinforced frame in your pocket. And yes. We even sell ships at the Scrapyard. We sell them either repaird, with elements that do not have full repairtimes on them, or unrepaird so you can get it cheaper and need to repair it your self.
