This XS core, ultra light orbiter was sculpted entirely using the VPT for maximum style. Designed with fuel economy and basic parts in mind, I set out to make a sleek, easy to acquire ship that everyone can enjoy post wipe. The Luminaris has 1 Medium and 2 Small Atmospheric engines with 4 Small Space engines and has a top speed of 49,000km/h+ in space. Feel the thrill as you drift around celestial bodies and stop on a dime when you reach the end of your intrepid journey. The ship wasn’t built for hauling although 6 Basic XS Containers on a hub are provided for light shopping and carrying around your data items, spare fuel and scrap. I hope you have as much fun flying the Luminaris as I had building the ship. Achieving the tiny form factor without compromising on the elements needed to retain its performance was, in some ways, more of a challenge than on the M core Stiletto I built. The Luminaris comes with Arch HUD by default (made by Archaegeo). On top of that I have chosen to use the Container Monitor open source LUA by Krengus of ASTCO as this is a helpful script for checking weight, fuel and inventory at a glance. The Badger is a wonderful small ship. Great for quick trips to the shops but is also fast on long space trips, its quick with a good amount of storage. Designed as a luxury small transport ship with full RP interior. This ship only uses basic parts so is cheap to build and maintain. No warp drive or shield fitted as standard but there is room in the engineering bay for after sales fitting. Viper MK2 McQuaid Security is proud to bring you the Viper, in cooperation with the designer Wadiss and WadiCorp. If you want to hop around quickly between mining units or dash to the store and back for a few items, without taking your large fuel-sucking ship, look no further! The Viper can take you anywhere planetside while having a non-boxy appearance. Just look at the screen shots and note the fine voxel detailing throughout! The ship is outfitted with: -1 container S to hold misc. odds and ends from the market. -overpowered brakes so you can float down to any destination easily. -rounded non-boxy styling from nose to engines. -and more! I loaded the container with 56t of pure iron, hematite and other ores and this ship has no troubles at all flying this, however, although the hovers lift plenty of weight, it can't lift full iron amounts of weight (I can lift about 50% of the Container S full of iron with the hovers). I took off on a straight, smooth surface with all that iron. Sustentation speed is very low (90kp/h!) to it's easy to putt-putt in the air for perfect aim in landing. I also have a compactable version with no container and a single fuel tank in a different dispenser at the same location. The Hemera is an all in one home cruiser, with all the luxury and living space you need for long deep space missions and 14 Large cargo containers for hauling large loads. Some small extra crew containers are positioned in crew quarters and can be configured individually. Various picture screens and boards are located around the ship for you to add LUA,scripts and displays as you like, giving a custom feel to the ship. I revised the original Hemera from 2 XL engines to 4. This increases cross section slightly which means you'll need to push through atmo a little harder, but when the XL's take over the transition into space is much easier which compensates for the slight atmo speed loss. It also makes space hauling easier, I found that the 2 XL's were stressed when carrying heavy loads. The focus on this ship was utility. There is room in the forward deck for either a large shield or DSAT and room in the cockpit to add 2 crew seats for either DSAT management (the DSAT is accessible from one of the optional crew seats in the ceiling just outside the bridge) or to add 2 gunner chairs. Space for ammo containers is available in the cockpit. The ship can also be flown from one of the crew seats for solo piloting and DSAT management. Hauling from atmo is good, up to around 5-6kt (I would stay around 4-5kt since they nerfed adjustors) depending on engines and talents and 4 XL engines make space trucking a breeze. A captains quarters and 2 crew quarters are located near the bridge. On the top deck there is a landing pad for a speeder or warp shuttle.
