The Belovator is a lightweight shaftless space elevator that flies along a gravity line to transport your cargo and players into space. Belovator Octo: The Octo is our first attempt to break with the rule that an Elevator has to be a shoebox hidden away in a hole underground. It´s octagon shape is a refreshing alternative to the usual square. The carbon fiber materials used for the hull together with the custom landing pad (DRM-free, included in the purchase) make it a nice eyecatcher on your premises. I builded the "Lady Morbit" to run the 1.8kt / 400kl Mission´s plus one 437t / 125kl Mission Solo. It almost goes 32 000km/h in Space empty. It is equiped with a small shield and basic componens to keep rebuilding cost´s low i case it is geting destroyed by Pirates. Stats are boosted between skill lvl´s from 4 - 5 so there is a little more to get out of it. If you buy a copy a boosting Service is included. Most skills are lvl 5. It has got also plenty of room for a Warpdrive, more Container´s etc. There is nothing packed together there for you could easily switch engines if you feel like you need something else. This baby turns heads wherever you go. This is my personal daily driver. If you are looking for a ship that can haul multi kilotons of cargo then this is NOT the ship for you. This is not a workhorse. This is a piece of art. This ship was based on a 3D model which can be seen in the pics. This ship was built to scale as the model had human models built in. I had to highly modify the back end and add nacels in order to facilitate as much thrust as I could due to the unfortunate size of DU's engine models. I have tested this with 1KT of cargo leaving both entering and leaving Alioth with Level 4 talents. It is doable but it is not fun. I would say that this ship's happy place is around 800 tons. The top "hood" took many hours to nail down moving point by point to get the slope and lines just right. I would have loved to add more detail however I was limited by chunk complexity in most areas.
