Each org depends on the flight skills of their members. Here is a small craft that was, from the very begin, developed to be a training ship, for the role to raise understanding and skills of new gamers as pilots, as navigators, as gunners and as commanders. The craft features all types of seats: - hovercraft seat - navigator seat - gunner seat - commander seat And two eats of each of them - one for the trainee, one for the instructor. There are four standard encampment seats to allow more students to be part of the training and to wait for their turn midair. Each side has a big gate for easiest access for our little freshlings. :-) The small special craft is further equipped with a small gun and ammo box, atmo and space radar, several cargo containers and hub, atmospheric engines, space engines, and even a rocket engine, to allow to teach the full bandwidth. It lifts off at low speed, raises easily, can glide well, and also reaches space easily. The cabin is spacious, and most elements can be reached from inside the cabin - ideal to allow the student to see the links in between elements, and learn how to set links. Adjusters and retro rockets are mostly sunken into the hull to avoid overheating. The cockpit allows a good view, and the instructors sit in the seats behind and slightly above the seats for the trainees. There are two strong bottom space engines for vertical take off from space stations, they have their own fuel tank that should be kept empty during regular flights. My own org uses 5 of these ships at different locations for the training, and other orgs started to use this training ship, too.

The Angry Beaver is a medium Core Hybrid Hauler. Capable and Fast with full interior for RP. Great for daily use and has no issues with even the larger mission packages off Alioth. This is a Medium core version of the Wombat. All Andromeda Ships are eligible for a free Lvl 5 Boost.

It may not look pretty, but it get's your stuff done, and with grace you won't expect from this brute. It can haul up and over 2 kilotons of your stuff up to space from Alioth with a bit of a seasoned pilot, all in a neatly packed optimised XL container. It uses 8 large atmos engines to do that, I personally love the advanced maneuver versions but you could get more done with different if you prefer. It has enough brakes to safely land with your stuff but some caution is advised because it is not meant to bob up and down on it's boosters with 600 KL of hematite weighing down in it's belly. For your convenience it is equipped with a warp core, a resurrection node and a VR pod for when you feel a bit bored. Sweet bumper sticker. No toilet. Careful when flying empty, at full thrust it will incinerate itself into a crisp right after the engines warm up (2 seconds). To prevent accidental deaths and warranty returns, the ship comes equipped with Arch Hud and set to a max atmos speed of 1200 km/s. It's large fuel tanks can take you on a complete tour of Alioth and it's solar system without refueling. A separate container system can hold your warp cells, scraps for accidental scratches and a couple of litres of fuel. On top of all of that it comes with some handy conveniences like 60.000 lumen landing lights to see what you are doing on the surface when landed, if has two laser guidance beams that only come on during flight to save batteries and has all round navigation lights so no space-nub will accidentally rear-end you. Can be turned off for... I don't know. but you can. UPDATE: I have just upgraded the ship to latest specs compatible with the released game. Also upgraded most rooms, like the lounge and crew cabins etc. There is now even a Space Café on the ship :) ILLYRIA is my Flagship - The ship weighs several thousand ton, is ca. 128m long and has a cargo capacity of over 1 million liters. It also has 2 XL Space Engines + 2 Medium Space Engines for a total thrust of over 50 Million Newtons. Further, it has 14 Large Atmospheric Engines with 70+ Million N thrust. There is an Emergency Control Unit on the ship and in case you get killed, a resurrection pod is there as well. All critical elements are shielded by several layers of hardened steel. High End Elements include a large Warp Drive and the Anti-Gravity Generator. Illyria is primarily a Capital Cargo Ship - but I could not leave her completely defenseless, therefore I also put 2 Large Railguns on it. Space Radar is also included. Creature Comfort comes in the form of 10 Crew Cabins, with all furniture, Captain's Quarters, and 2 Forward - the R&R area - the largest interior area on the ship. There is also a Hydroponics Bay - for those long travels when you need to be able to grow your own vegetables :) The hull is made of polished stainless steel, glossy iron, glossy copper, and more metals with double and triple layers.
