I don't like the huge factory blocks at all, so I took an L Core and gave myself free rein in the dimensions and design of the building. From my point of view, the entire core does not always have to be used. It is important to me that buildings fit in well with their surroundings, be it in the city or in the country. The building is an empty shell! Setting up the factory or your office in the building is entirely up to you. This is the IC small core storage and industry building. There is enough room in the bottom for 6 10 stacks of large containers and some refiners or other industry. It includes 4 hub stations and screens and programming boards up to for easy inventory (Lua not included). It also includes a mesh floor for easy moving and linking of elements from the hub area.

Large core easy to place landing pads very detailed and also very easy to change the colors! The style is setup for the steel and the lum glass to be swapped to different colors to create a color pattern for any area DRM is locked as this is how i fund my habits! VR "VO Factory Sales" Materials cost on the market was about 6 mil. The cost of BP is $6 mil and that includes me deploying it. You can supply materials and i supply BP and deployment and you just pay me $6mil or i supply everything and you pay $12 mil. The price includes x3) Basic Containers L per section (x9 total). THIS Does Not Include Mining Units. Tri Hex Mining Structure allows you to mine from 3 hexes in 1 building. Equipped with a Surrogate Pod, VR and Motion for container hub. Has Landing pad design ontop with elevator access to main floor. Set up to x8 MUs on each section and room for more if needed. Has Hideaways for up to 10 L containers for each section. I do not have a setup to show anyone step by step. I have this set for token deployment only due to the hard to get ppl to understand the setup. I can place it way faster than the time to walk anyone thru the process.

This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.
