A ship designed for BSW lead engineer dogface. The Diamondface is based on his favorite ship from Elite Dangerous: The Diamondback Explorer. Diamondface is a S-core all-rounder with a single L container and fully equipped for space for atmospheric travel. Safe type Space Engines allow for a rapid warm up and acceleration out of atmosphere. It also features a luxurious interior with bedroom, dinette and bathroom, as well as a respawn node. The design also incorporates a warpdrive which can be excluded on your personal build, if you choose. This ship was designed with aesthetics in mind, but dogface has painstakingly ensured the ship flies, turns, rolls, pitches and yaws smoothly with no overlapping axes, with balanced center of mass and abundant atmospheric lift. The Mining Elevator V2.0 allows for the vertical digging of mine shafts. This aids in the mining and access to ores and getting back out of the ground. Asp Hauler from Elite Dangerous, able to lift and do the 160k mission no problem at all with a run time of approximately an hour or so dependant on talents before needing to refill. it stays aloft with only 20 percent throttle. Basic engines push the Spincat to 1500km/h(after placement buffs and talents), and the ship has been built with easy-engine-swap voxel mounts making replacement with higher tier engines doable in under a minute! A Medium space fuel tank provides nearly 600,000km/h of delta V, easily taking this ship on several asteroid or interplanetary trips before refueling becomes necessary! It is fitted with full 3D maneuvering thrusters for operating from space platforms or low/zero G environs. The Spincat is also ready for external cargo loads! Due to using an S core, the Spincat can easily piggyback additional cargo, or xs core ships <500 tons. The Belovator is a lightweight shaftless space elevator that flies along a gravity line to transport your cargo and players into space. You can comfortably travel from the planet surface to a space station at the push of a button. Step on the Belovator, select the target floor, wait, dock - be there! Belovator XXS V: The "V" (as in Velocity) is our fastest player transporter yet. A lvl4 pilot can travel from the surface of alioth to 1su height in less than 2.5 minutes and also back down! It has the same tiny frame as our regular XXS, but even with one more S-engine for up and two S-engines instead of XS for down, the "V" is lighter. This is possible by allmost exclusively using carbon fiber and freight engines. If the variables "maxSpeedSpace" and "maxSpeedAtmo" are set to zero, a skilled pilot will reach max speeds of around 14,000km/h while travelling to 1su and back with over 7g thrust. - No container / player transport only - Advanced freight- and military-engines In the pictures you can see it compared to the regular XXS. The configuration of the elevator is done via Lua parameters and is limited to a few parameters to keep the complexity simple.
