All my designs will be available at The Third Verse server In the closing weeks of DU’s beta phase, I spent many days producing this industrial warp hauler for us all to enjoy post launch. Using a source image found online, I carefully created the Hyperion in stunning detail. The key was to remain faithful to the concept art and achieve a performance that would rival any ship in its size class. The appearance of this full size S core might deceive you, but rest assured, the handling and capability of the ship will not disappoint. Utilizing 5x Basic Container L the Hyperion can comfortably handle 1KT worth of cargo to and from a 1G planet. This is not the hard limit as with good flight talents and a seasoned pilot, the ship is capable of more than double the recommended weight. The Hyperion PRO comes equipped with 8 Advanced Military Atmospheric Engines and 6 Advanced Safe Space Engines instead of Basics. This is the only difference between the versions. The Hyperion is intended as a warp capable hauler for moving large amounts of cargo efficiently. A shield is included in the blueprint, however, it is not recommended for use in the PVP zone as it has no weapons by default. All engines can be swapped out to increase performance but you can find the recommended engine loadout on the Hyperion PRO (rated for 2KT). Please note that exceeding the recommended weight of the ship may cause brakes and wings to underperform. The inertia matrix has been fine tuned to negate as many unwanted rotational forces as possible, even under extreme load. Once again, I have installed the open source LUA for container content information and element status (coded by Krengus of ASTCo). For the flight script, I opted to use Arch HUD by default (made by Archaegeo). as it provides a clean, customizable interface that is effective at displaying all the information you need as you focus on flying and it has everything you need. The Swooping Swallow is a tailored autopilot mission runner. Carry up to 5 packages for the 160kℏ Ailerons mission. Flight time 4m 30s for a single package, 4m 55s for 5 packages. This is a basic spaceplane with: 1)Ability to carry 21kL (<100t I guess ) in Atmo, very useful for hauling missions. 2)Low sustention speed and good maneuverability 3)Good space autonomy (an hour at full thrust) 4)Bad atmospheric autonomy(relatively. Full thrust will give you 700 km/h and ~1SU of flight. Can be increased by increasing your height or lowering the speed) 5)Good brakes 6)Maneuver engines for parking (thrust forward and sideways). Those have a separate fuel tank, so if you run out of fuel, just land and pump out of here. Elements: Most of them are basic and can be crafted in your backpack (exceptions are: container hub, M atmo-engine, cockpit, ECU and some decorative materials like luminescent glass) HUD: I'm using Albatross custom HUD for it's simplicity and height managing options (useful for hauling... just hit Alt-3 and you can leave it flying forward at set height). Cons are fuel displays: 50% means that you have run out of fuel for main engines...And only maneuver engines are left. RDMS: didn't touch it at all. The Belovator is a lightweight shaftless space elevator that flies along a gravity line to transport your cargo and players into space. You can comfortably transport your assets from the planet surface to a space station without having to rely on an annoying AGG tower with an hour-long ascend or fiddly autopilot ships. The Lynx is an L core pvp ship, suited to rails or laser loadouts. Lasers are the default but the pods will also take 2 rails each. The lightweight carbon fibre body helps keep the weight low for manuverability. There is an armoured cockpit area and armoured weapons pod layout. Armour has been placed around adjustor and retro brake hardpoints. A warp drive is included to give the Lynx long range patrol and support abilities.
