Great and affordable solution for atmospheric cargo hauling. It get the job done. It can lift more than 1000 t, but I'm not guarantee safe landing if you excessed that limit. Overview: The Badger is a multi role dropship, well suited to mining and light haulage. It packs a lot of ability in its relatively small frame. Cargo Lift: The lift generated from the wings is good enough for around 2kt depending on talents and pilot skill. Depending on the engines you chose cargo lift ranges from 1KT up to the maximum of the wings. Containers: There are 2 M and 2 S containers pre-loaded. There is room for a L container in the main hold, placed across the ship behind the hub. The Hub centralises the ships mass and also provides a good indicator of where to place the container. This gives just over 400kL of cargo at max boost. Engines: There are 4 advanced maneuverer engines as standard but these can be easily replaced for more power and cargo handling. The ship can run in a 2, 3 or 4 engine configuration depending what your uses are for the ship and how much weight matters to you. Engine positions for changing out the atmo engines. top left. x -9.0 y -51.0 z 2.5. top right x 9.0, y -51.0 z. 2.5. then the bottom ones directly below Brakes: The M airbrakes in the front grill can be increased in number by re-laying them without any spaces. This will increase braking power but I preferred the grill type look. Fuel: There are 2 atmo M fuel tanks and 4 space M fuel tanks, one tank for each space engine. Cockpit: All lights (Forward, rear and beacon) can be controlled from the cockpit. There is a res node and surrogate station onboard. Get faster and crash through the waves. - Get out of the seat on the water without the ship "sinking". the ECU will keep the ship afloat. - up to 730kmh (depending on pilot and placement skills) - almost no fuel consumption. the used Hover Engine Tech assures that you will almost never have to refuel it. At full speed, the used xs fuel tank lasts for 2-3 days This is a boat, so except using the hover engine to hop on your dry dock for some cleaning etc., it is not capable of flying over ground surface. You can hover from a platform to the water surface by using "space" and some thrust. i recommend to first cut throttle and hold brake key until the boat stabilizes ( stops going up/down). then accelerate and have fun. Trim Feature: if you want to go max speed, you can "trim" the boat. Just hold the left shift key whilst flying to take the bow of the boat down a bit and get max speed **Blueprint Instructions:** There is one manual step required after setting the BP. - Go to build mode and right click the backward facing hover engine. - under Advanced=>"disable thrust along gravity" has to be selected for both hover engines if you want to have the original light colors, set back left to "255,0,0" and back right to "0,255,0" front light: enable blinking and set on duration to 0.1 Tokens will be made available again soon(TM)

This is a basic spaceplane with: 1)Ability to carry 21kL (<100t I guess ) in Atmo, very useful for hauling missions. 2)Low sustention speed and good maneuverability 3)Good space autonomy (an hour at full thrust) 4)Bad atmospheric autonomy(relatively. Full thrust will give you 700 km/h and ~1SU of flight. Can be increased by increasing your height or lowering the speed) 5)Good brakes 6)Maneuver engines for parking (thrust forward and sideways). Those have a separate fuel tank, so if you run out of fuel, just land and pump out of here. Elements: Most of them are basic and can be crafted in your backpack (exceptions are: container hub, M atmo-engine, cockpit, ECU and some decorative materials like luminescent glass) HUD: I'm using Albatross custom HUD for it's simplicity and height managing options (useful for hauling... just hit Alt-3 and you can leave it flying forward at set height).
