This is the IC small core storage and industry building. There is enough room in the bottom for 6 10 stacks of large containers and some refiners or other industry. It includes 4 hub stations and screens and programming boards up to for easy inventory (Lua not included). It also includes a mesh floor for easy moving and linking of elements from the hub area.

This is a modular showroom allowing you to make it your own - Each panel is available at the corners in the showroom so you can change up the outside as you see fit. There are 4 pads on the edges to show off 4 S/XS cores and plenty of space in the middle to show off an M core. The showroom area is just about the length and width of a large core large enough to showcase or store several small and extra small ships. The factory is five open floors of space with a floating control center. Currently have installed enough machines to make all parts basic thru advanced and have only used a quarter of available space. There are 2 landing pads and an observation deck with elevators to move about quickly. Pedestals available if needed.
