Our elevators are tuned to provide lightning fast transportation of goods and personnel, to and from space, with minimal fuel consumption and effort. What sets our products apart from the competition is our elevators use a number of atmospheric and space brakes to slow the craft rather than using engines to do so which burn a lot of fuel. By using brakes, a huge amount of cargo can be brought safely down from space. This recreation of the Astral Express, a spaceship from the game Honkai: Star Rail, is the flagship product of Ad Astra Shipyards. This design features a faithful reconstruction of the interior of the train-themed spaceship, with minor creative liberties taken in the design of the exterior hull to account for the ship’s TARDIS-esque interior dimensions. The ship is a work of art, and as such is unarmed; but per Ad Astra’s standards, it is fully capable of both atmospheric and space flight via 40 M Wings, 18 L atmospheric engines, and 12 L space engines. The ship itself is composed of a L-Core containing the locomotive and coachcar, as well as all flight systems; the rear car is a carefully-docked M-core. Contact us via the info in our bio for assistance in docking the two cores correctly, as the construction of the ship requires the two constructs to overlap slightly. The blueprints for the individual cores can also be purchased separately if you don’t want to deal with that hassle. VR access is available to explore the complete ship! "Valdez V2" Built as a Serious hauling Vessel. The ship has been created as a no-nonsense purpose-built work ship. There are no Deco elements, there are no fancy board rooms or lighting elements and plants and frilly things. Very easy to deploy with alternate color choices. The total element count is 512 as delivered. The Valdez uses 18 Advanced Optimized L containers for Cargo and 2 Advanced Optimized M containers for Scrap & Warp Cells. There are 24 Advanced Military Atmospheric Engines & 4 Advanced Safe Space Engines. It has been tested leaving Sanctuary with 10kt of Cargo (12.6 kt total ship mass). It will surely lift more from a 1g planet but 10kt it what it is being rated at. The Vector has been updated and this is the latest version. With updated engines and rebalanced she flies better than ever. Also did some asthetic upgrades to the body to give it some personality and converted it to lighter materials, mostly carbon fiber and alum. It does now include a AGG setup along with the three scanners with elevator access for quick scanning with out having to land. It also still includes directional engines for use in aligning your self for scanning with out having to turn the ship or re approach. A very fast podracer I built during beta and have revised slightly since the reset. This is an atmosphere-only ship though you may wish to add a space brake for those pesky accidental takeoffs. This should be considered a novelty ship that is not intended to haul. There is no storage built into the ship itself. With appropriate talents, and basic tier flight elements, you can easily reach 1500 kmh in atmosphere. Without talents, you can still likely reach 1500 kmh, but the ship will likely start to burn up.
