The Javelin MkII - A 2022 reimaging of the original Javelin featured on Dual Universe Twitter. This ship marks the return of the old ship builder - ABECFIVE. All ships are built and tested by filling up every container full of Ore and sending it from Alioth ground into Space and back. It began as a little more than a myth: a list of impossible statistics circulating on the dark web. Then the myth became a legend: a few leaked photographs so provocative that possession was a federal crime. Then the legend became a rumor: a ship so exclusive no one could confirm it existed in the real world. And now, thanks to you, that rumor is about to become a very messy centrefold. The Mungo is the small workhorse you need. Fitted with a medium cargo container, two powerful atmo engines and a space engine - combined with a slim stubnose military design you will get every job done. Powerful enough to carry 300t of material in atmosphere - With medium skills. But also with low skills you can fly it easy. Can lift up to 150 tons of material from Alioth to space. View Finder is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition. Since it is meant to be a starter speeder I tried to keep it simple and the only element I really added was glass. It functions as a speeder and I like that it kind of says finish me. I could easily see people adding a back section and more engines to make it the ship they want rather than the speeder I made.

Stats given for the basic engine version, advanced blueprint also available. I am no artist or shipmaker, this is just the culmination of continuous tinkering to my go-to method of getting around. My goal in this game has always just been to cruise around and explore, so the focus of the tinkering has been getting something that flies as well as possible, and I am pretty pleased with how it came out so I thought I would share. It is good for about 50t off of Alioth on the basic version depending on skills. Burn speed is up around 1850 so is pretty forgiving if you come back in to atmo a little hot. Container hub and engines centered on 0,0 so it stays balanced regardless of load. All medium engines so nice and fuel efficient. All a single honeycomb type so feel free to replace with your voxel of choice. Stats are listed for the "basic" engine version which uses pure carbon as the weight reference. Engines also easy to swap out, coordinates in the pictures, though it seems you need to pull the ailerons off to place the engines and put them back on when you are done. Whether you are brand new and looking to upgrade but not ready for the big large engine haulers, or have been around a while and just looking to try something different on the cheap, feel free to come by and check them out. A light courier able to warp from Alioth to Teoma with 7-8 warp cells (no cargo, fuel capacity filled). The ship is able to float pretty easily in upper atmosphere of Sanctuary and other planets should you desire. The ship to build probably is between 3-4.5 million with estimates as of writing this. As always, the ship will most likely work the best with max piloting talents - it might not even be able to reach space without them. Inventory and engine stats are a high priority to reduce mass. Enough acceleration to fly with "burn speed".. Speed Limiter saves you from real damage. Can VTOL and be used as a rescue ship in Atmo., has full auto level which saved my ship quite a lot of times already after small market like collisions;-) - VTOL & mobile work platform - change to VTOL orientation leave the seat mid air, the construct stops and hold position. Use all your tools to capture/repair/rescue ships at high alt. - Full Auto level on pitch&roll -Speed Limiter function to save you from burning too often (can be disabled via Hotkey) -Underwater Mode to "fly" like a submarine in the sea -Hover Pilot seat , and one additional passenger seat and more..... Some Tips for using the Pyro: - if you plan to get out of your seat in VTOL orientation, make sure that the ECU is armed and you entered the seat from e.g. the front hover engine ( need to be in a straight line in front of the pilot seat! ) This assures that when you exit the seat in vtol position, you land on the force field. - you can temp. disable the autolevel by holding left shift key whilst flying. as long as you hold shift, the autolevel is suppressed. This helps in doing some quick maneuvers. - you can enter your home coordinates in the LUA parameters. when piloting you can then press Shift+Alt*2 to set your homebase as the target destination quickly. - Update 2021.01.03 now all my ships have one more great function. Auto Altitude.. Just fly to the required alt and hit alt+2 to enable altitude hold. use alt3/Shift Alt 3 to increase/decrease target altitude by 100m.
