I don't like the huge factory blocks at all, so I took an L Core and gave myself free rein in the dimensions and design of the building. From my point of view, the entire core does not always have to be used. It is important to me that buildings fit in well with their surroundings, be it in the city or in the country. The building is an empty shell! Setting up the factory or your office in the building is entirely up to you. This is the IC small core storage and industry building. There is enough room in the bottom for 6 10 stacks of large containers and some refiners or other industry. It includes 4 hub stations and screens and programming boards up to for easy inventory (Lua not included). It also includes a mesh floor for easy moving and linking of elements from the hub area.

Large Hanger Pick your accent color or Luminescent color glass of your choice when you deploy your hanger. Build Comes Standard with Blue Luminescent Glass. The bottom of the tower can be sunken into the land as far as needed and has ladders for access from the ground. Add a surrogate pad and you can easily VR there to calibrate your off-world tiles. The landing pad on top fits S core ships easily and provides EZ access to all 8 miners and the Hub. Landing activates the screen which shows how much ore is currently available. LUA included.
