I have 2 different versions, one is original and purely for art, while V3 is performance build, it has more wings and 2x S engines instead of 6x xs. pilot + passenger seat 450-800km/h at sea level (depending on talents) V3 has very good handling and agility, while original art version doesn't fly well. The Gnome is all basic engine warp shuttle. Does 15 cells to jago fully fueled and 100 warp cells in cargo. all stats are with full lvl 5 bonus but 0 pilot skills. It is made to be a cheap but still easy to fly warp shuttle. And with only Medium elements easy to make. This baby turns heads wherever you go. This is my personal daily driver. If you are looking for a ship that can haul multi kilotons of cargo then this is NOT the ship for you. This is not a workhorse. This is a piece of art. This ship was based on a 3D model which can be seen in the pics. This ship was built to scale as the model had human models built in. I had to highly modify the back end and add nacels in order to facilitate as much thrust as I could due to the unfortunate size of DU's engine models. I have tested this with 1KT of cargo leaving both entering and leaving Alioth with Level 4 talents. It is doable but it is not fun. I would say that this ship's happy place is around 800 tons. The top "hood" took many hours to nail down moving point by point to get the slope and lines just right. I would have loved to add more detail however I was limited by chunk complexity in most areas. Helios Z is upgraded version of Helios-X. It now has XL space engine + 6x small space engines and 6x L atmo engines, so it can easily carry lot of weight into space! 1.5kt seemed easy enough, so it should do more I kept the original cool looks as much as i could, but it has much more of everything! more containers, more brakes, more wings, more adjustors! only thing it doesn't have more, is interior space, because XL engine pretty much took it all. there's enough room to squish warp drive on it aswell, but it wouldn't be pretty.
