The bottom of the tower can be sunken into the land as far as needed and has ladders for access from the ground. Add a surrogate pad and you can easily VR there to calibrate your off-world tiles. The landing pad on top fits S core ships easily and provides EZ access to all 8 miners and the Hub. Landing activates the screen which shows how much ore is currently available. LUA included. Basic Mining Towers have space for your Org name on the side to let people know who's mining in style!

Built on the lowest of the constructs grid structure, this spacious condo provides ample opportunity for further expansion upwards, should the new owners wish to add on a 3rd floor. McBain Rocket Shop Showroom Floor with Attached Factory Version 1.0 This is a multi-large core build, in total there are 4 large cores, one for each pedestal, one for the factory and one for the hangar. I wanted a hangar attached to my factory, some place I can work and build XS and S ships with good lighting and manufacture tokens all in the same structure. Near future I will have attached landing pads and voxel library storage area. The showroom area is just about the length and width of a large core large enough to showcase or store several small and extra small ships. The factory is five open floors of space with a floating control center. Currently have installed enough machines to make all parts basic thru advanced and have only used a quarter of available space. There are 2 landing pads and an observation deck with elevators to move about quickly. Pedestals available if needed. Luxury pads that where originally built in beta and now redone with better skills. Large core uses mostly plastics and some wood there is a little bit of gold but not enough to break a bank! P.S. there is a little copper in the bp i havnt located yet swap this out for the gold is like 0.69m3 of it. Will be working on roads for this pad in the future thanks for looking!!!
