So ever wanted a super balanced nice on fuel and good looking hauler! Here is my answer for the medium class of hauler the Alterran by ADMI! clocking in at 1.7ktons with fuel full and lvl 5 talents for flight (working on Hp) she can pickup in the area of 2.8ktons no flight talents and basic setup to 7ktons with better engines and good talents for flight! (unless nq fixes the gravity-inverted containers lol then more). A new feature is on this ship from ADMI and that is balanced load blocks. There are 3 containers you can find them in the front that are 1 small basic and 2 xs basic containers. Fill these with iron and you should never need to move anything but these containers to balance the Alterran. I used pure iron and put 12kl in the small and 1500L in front xs and 750 in back xs to give myself different weights to balance with. if you should ever overload her and need a balancing hand so your not waisting the ships power instead of moving engines or warp or messing up a build just move a container! 1-4 clicks usually balances any load. (note if you stay in the 3kton range and load the balance containers then youll never need to move anything the ship is balnced for loaded and empty! The discovery has been my daily driver since beta, it's never let me down. This ship can easily take twenty kilotons out of Alioth's atmosphere. It has twelve large containers and two mediums. The Discovery is an M Core and can haul several smaller ships on her deck. You could put extra containers on the deck as well or just using it as a working platform. This particular ship is the hauler version they're all so is a courier version available. 25 million for the blueprint I think is fair for everything this ship can accomplish.

This baby turns heads wherever you go. This is my personal daily driver. If you are looking for a ship that can haul multi kilotons of cargo then this is NOT the ship for you. This is not a workhorse. This is a piece of art. This ship was based on a 3D model which can be seen in the pics. This ship was built to scale as the model had human models built in. I had to highly modify the back end and add nacels in order to facilitate as much thrust as I could due to the unfortunate size of DU's engine models. I have tested this with 1KT of cargo leaving both entering and leaving Alioth with Level 4 talents. It is doable but it is not fun. I would say that this ship's happy place is around 800 tons. The top "hood" took many hours to nail down moving point by point to get the slope and lines just right. I would have loved to add more detail however I was limited by chunk complexity in most areas. Here is a small craft that was, from the very begin, developed to be a training ship, for the role to raise understanding and skills of new gamers as pilots, as navigators, as gunners and as commanders. The craft features all types of seats: - hovercraft seat - navigator seat - gunner seat - commander seat And two eats of each of them - one for the trainee, one for the instructor. There are four standard encampment seats to allow more students to be part of the training and to wait for their turn midair. Each side has a big gate for easiest access for our little freshlings. :-) The small special craft is further equipped with a small gun and ammo box, atmo and space radar, several cargo containers and hub, atmospheric engines, space engines, and even a rocket engine, to allow to teach the full bandwidth. It lifts off at low speed, raises easily, can glide well, and also reaches space easily. The cabin is spacious, and most elements can be reached from inside the cabin - ideal to allow the student to see the links in between elements, and learn how to set links. Adjusters and retro rockets are mostly sunken into the hull to avoid overheating. The cockpit allows a good view, and the instructors sit in the seats behind and slightly above the seats for the trainees. There are two strong bottom space engines for vertical take off from space stations, they have their own fuel tank that should be kept empty during regular flights. My own org uses 5 of these ships at different locations for the training, and other orgs started to use this training ship, too.
