The Thunderstrike is a VERY affordable, space-only, single-pilot/gunner fighter meant to get you out there into PvP events and start enjoying the PvP experience in a very fast, agile ship that does not skimp on advanced weapons and radar. Piloting is done through the remote control while seated in the gunner seat. (You can still split the pilot/gunner role to 2 players if desired.) Patriot was built around a M shield however you can swap out for a S shield for speed under full combat load at 21G of thrust. Keeping the M shield will keep your max speed at around 16-17g of thrust depending on T4-5 skills. If cannons are not your thing you can do the same with the shield and opt to replace them with any other weapon of your choice.
