This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

It also has a personnel elevator at the entrance to the villa which acts as a permanent barrier when not in use. Lastly, a vault door to secure your most valuable possessions! For the interior there is a fully kitted kitchen with fridge, countertops, cooker and two basin sinks. Dining, lounge, meeting, cinema and bar all beautifully designed with ancient artefacts! In the process of moving, blueprints are available to Kosmos Exchange. It's Honeycomb...in space! Deluxe pads in space on a Large core took a min but its now done the current configuration is red lum glass and black carbon fiber witch is totally epic looking! These 2 colors can be easily swapped when placing to your choice of colors. The Terran X40 MP is a mining plattform for new players. An easy plattform to build and maintain. And easy to check the miners if and when they need to be calibrated.
