Ikara Industries presents the "Ikara Tower M1". You need space for your guild members, then the Ikara Tower M1 is just what you need. BP has only voxel, in the near feature it includes - 20 apartments with large glass windows - Elevators in the center of the building (space for more elevators available, as an example, some were inserted. - 3 vending machines - Seating inside and outside (without chairs, put some where you want) - Welcome screen at the entrance, Door in the information center. What else you need to know: - The apartments have no walls, floors or doors. Why ? Everyone has his own ideas. Simply draw the walls on the white lines and install a door. - Insert your own floor in the recess provided. - Almost all living levels were created with 2 layers so that each resident can have his own style. - All screens must be manually turned on once. My first Sanctuary Structure and probably the only structure, which I have actually used that I will share here. This is because I like to make underground structures and they just look like boxes from the outside. I designed it with a landing pad, public hatch to allow people into what I imagined would be a store when I build it and a private elevator to allow me quick access to the interior, that is locked away from the public. Inside I have a few decorations, separate shower and toilet and one bedroom. Also have below that, what is now a store room but did start out as a factory room. Technically the images are showing the top of a Large static core but I liked the roof so much I recreated it (transferred it) to the large core when I swapped out the XS core (and S core I was using as a factory under, Under Snowy). So basically the reason I am sharing this is the landing pad on top and windows peaking out over the ground surface. Note Snowy is what I called my sanctuary tile because it has some snow in some places. I picked the tile because I wanted to see what the map was showing. It turned out the map was accurately depicting the snowy areas.

Originally designed for The Wendence Bauxite Meganode on Feli by the now-defunct Cracker Barrel Org. Construction started 12478 and completed early 12482, it reached peak production in 12490. Lack of interest and funds to restore the mining relic has led Satrion Corp [RION] Board of Directors to fund simple upgrades, such as auto-mining units, fuel refining, and a converted second-floor executive lounge for ore production and repair parts. Other restorations include all new lights throughout, upgraded safety barriers for NQSHA compliance, as well as all-new gas-filled windows in all areas for a comfortable mining experience. "We believe the current upgrades will more than suffice for today's demanding mining needs." Said Armand Reed, CEO and head of product development at Satrion Corp. Both lower-level and rooftop cranes are non-functioning. Stairs from first-floor offices to the second-floor executive lounge have been removed, as well as stairs to rooftop access. All metal girders have received full restoration and a fresh coat of Rooster Red Paint from the Sinnen Paint Company. In the process of moving, blueprints are available to Kosmos Exchange. New Awesomesauce space station. L core with 1 L core size landing surface and 4 M core landing surfaces below. Small control center in the middle along with walking surfaces that can connect to other cores or remove them if not needed. Tons of storage/indy space available under each pad. Hundreds of container L's fit. I put an ammo factory in one and there's so much extra space available.
