This is my entry for the 'Build Your Legacy' competition and while I think it fits the requirements I do not like it as much as the speeder I submitted. I think it is mainly due to the colours as I have not built with Tier 1 ore (Except concrete) for a long time so I only really had the colours provided to work with. It does feature a pad for parking your speeder underneath the structure. My favourite aspect of this design was the stands I setup for the mining units.

The Terran X40 MP is a mining plattform for new players. An easy plattform to build and maintain. And easy to check the miners if and when they need to be calibrated. The X40 has 8 basic mining units S. And a M basic container for the ore to store in. This means you can craft the most of the blueprint in your nanopack. Glory to the Terran Empire

As the Rock Raiders continued their expanse they started finding, stealing, and then revamping UEF designs. One of their hauls was a sub orbital platform. Given their ingenuity they were able to drop off a haul of T1 ore and have it automatically processed into Nitron and Kergon X5 at the same time. The only maintenance to this system is the occasional purge of oxygen and hydrogen once in a while while there to fuel up Rock Raider ships. Looking voor Flexibel Space Storage? You've found it! A space station to place nearby the planet(s) where you collect the Ore from your Mining Units. You can adjust the number of containers you need by yourself. Just add or remove some. A complete fuel industry 'in-house' is present in the station. All containers and fuel are accessible through a Container Hub in the operating room downstairs. Don't worry, you don't have to walk. Elevators bring you up and down. At the bottom of the space station you find 4 small landing pads to accommodate a drop off point for your small planet surface haulers. Your 'L-core-slow-boot-Freighter' can land on top of the station to pick-up the ore. Wanna have a look at the station?
