This will ensure you have access to the containers if you choose to swap them out. The raised platform and circular arrangement of the mining units allow the bonus ore to spawn in a ring around the construct allowing for ease of access when collecting. The bottom of the tower can be sunken into the land as far as needed and has ladders for access from the ground. Add a surrogate pad and you can easily VR there to calibrate your off-world tiles. The landing pad on top fits S core ships easily and provides EZ access to all 8 miners and the Hub. Landing activates the screen which shows how much ore is currently available. LUA included. The plan was to test out how to make a space station about 65KM from the planet. Assuming I'd succeed the idea behind the station was to use it for making fuel and basic scrap without having to land on the planet. So I obviously succeeded at making the space station however, the location was completely wrong for the job. It turns out you need to make the space stations away from where your bases are and stock them with resources you need at those locations. That said it was fun doing it for the first time and the views are super.

McBain Rocket Shop Showroom Floor with Attached Factory Version 1.0 This is a multi-large core build, in total there are 4 large cores, one for each pedestal, one for the factory and one for the hangar. I wanted a hangar attached to my factory, some place I can work and build XS and S ships with good lighting and manufacture tokens all in the same structure. Near future I will have attached landing pads and voxel library storage area. The showroom area is just about the length and width of a large core large enough to showcase or store several small and extra small ships. The factory is five open floors of space with a floating control center. Currently have installed enough machines to make all parts basic thru advanced and have only used a quarter of available space. There are 2 landing pads and an observation deck with elevators to move about quickly. Pedestals available if needed. The Dune Dwellers of Haven have perfected harvesting the planets resources with their specialized Mining Silo's. Designed with a Basic Container M & 4x Mining Unit L's, this resource facility can store up to 7 days worth of resources for a single weekly haul. Over 80kL of ore storage! Calibration can be done via the platform deck in RPG style, or for those seeking efficiency through the bottom where the ore will calibrated ore will spawn. Looking up from the bottom you can see the machinery in action as it chews up the ore being extracted from the dunes below.
