S.H.I.E.L.D. - Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement Logistics Division has built the ultimate machine, it's not an aircraft carrier, it's not a plane, it's not a helicopter, it's a HeliCarrier! It's made after the HeliCarrier you see in the Marvel universe movie series, it's also known as Avengers HeliCarrier, but that's just beacuse people don't really follow the story, SHIELD has always been the one who made and owned them. Mine can go into space and instead of primitive fossil fuel engines, it uses alien tech -- ANTI GRAVITY GENERATOR so it can create its very own 0g environment and float without using any fuel! It's not 1:1 copy, it's smaller than the real one as this is the biggest you can build in DU and it's not 100% same looking either, I only based it on it, but it has more "me" in it :-) Interior is designed by me, nothing is taken from the original. I have left some crew quarters empty, so you can make your own designs in there. It's mostly suitable for docking several xs core builds, but I have docked S and M core builds onto it aswell, there's enough room for a proper M core build. I have also tested it with 30kt of cargo and it had no problems .. or well, actually it did a bit. So if you're hauling insane amount of cargo, don't forget that only way it can do this, is by using Anti-Gravity Generator (AGG) and i suggest put about 20-30 more L brakes on it (both, atmo+space), it's not designed as heavy hauler, it's more of an exploration vessel, so you can take your ships with you and enjoy the views. That's why it comes only with 10xL containers, but you can easily put 10 more or fill entire deck with containers if you need to haul.

My idea of an all or nothing, I've dubbed it the flying VCR. As tested it can handle twice it's empty weight with ease and can even perform acrobatic stunts. It is capable of so much more plus it has room for everyone in the game to travel along in nicely coordinated interior spaces.

The Bigger Betty is a slight improvement on the Basic Betty (https://du-creators.org/makers/Nosferatu%20Ship%20Designs/ship/Basic%20Betty). The idea being the ship now has 4 Basic Container L's, in addition to 1 Basic Container M. This will allow it to carry two Very Large packages. The same principles apply however, keep things cheap so if she is lost in the PvP zone she won't hurt your wallet to replace. Each org depends on the flight skills of their members. Here is a small craft that was, from the very begin, developed to be a training ship, for the role to raise understanding and skills of new gamers as pilots, as navigators, as gunners and as commanders. The craft features all types of seats: - hovercraft seat - navigator seat - gunner seat - commander seat And two eats of each of them - one for the trainee, one for the instructor. There are four standard encampment seats to allow more students to be part of the training and to wait for their turn midair. Each side has a big gate for easiest access for our little freshlings. :-) The small special craft is further equipped with a small gun and ammo box, atmo and space radar, several cargo containers and hub, atmospheric engines, space engines, and even a rocket engine, to allow to teach the full bandwidth. It lifts off at low speed, raises easily, can glide well, and also reaches space easily. The cabin is spacious, and most elements can be reached from inside the cabin - ideal to allow the student to see the links in between elements, and learn how to set links. Adjusters and retro rockets are mostly sunken into the hull to avoid overheating. The cockpit allows a good view, and the instructors sit in the seats behind and slightly above the seats for the trainees. There are two strong bottom space engines for vertical take off from space stations, they have their own fuel tank that should be kept empty during regular flights. My own org uses 5 of these ships at different locations for the training, and other orgs started to use this training ship, too.

fridaywitch, using her summoning circle, has found a way to pull ships from other galaxies and dimensions! Giedi Prime I 2.5 million for a blueprint 16 million for a token Giedi Prime S Add an additional 2.5 million for autopilot, featuring SAGA's Autopilot HUD. For her first finding, we bring you Giedi Prime. An imposing image of darkened aluminum, precision cut for a sleek look, this ship seems likely to have been used as a daily driver in another dimension. It seems to be quite well-rounded in performance and has two small drones to help with ship maneuvering. Around 200kL of storage, eight large engines (4 atmo, 4 space), and warp drive, this ship seems to be able to handle any job that's under 1-1.5 kilotons depending on talents and skills. Coming in at a dry weight of under 500 tons, it warps pretty inexpensively considering its size and power. Military atmospheric engines help you punch out of Alioth's grasp with ease, and the Safe space engines firing on twice as fast as maneuvers will make you feel like you're hitting the NOS in space. Giedi Prime has a little bit of space for some cozy living quarters, but it comes unfurnished as each person's needs differ and the alien world this came from is definitely not anything like ours here in the Helios system. The ship is on display at the Kosmos Showroom (you can VR there), and the blueprints are available there as well as at the Alioth Exchange in the green hall (just look for the giant tree!). The Aurora Medium Core Cruise is the perfect vehicle for transporting a space princess! (Or Cargo!) With T1 and basic talents, 200tons cargo should be a good start, with max pilot talents you'll get closer to 500tons. Higher tier engines will then be required for more. ***BETA Version*** The latest evolution of the popular KXS ZETA hauler, now with a warp drive! Cargo capacity: with average piloting talents, 700-800 tons shall be safe (=~ 1 full container L of hematite). It can be pushed up to 1000 tons with maxed talents. Ship has two M container (= 1L) Lots of thoughts and calculations on engineering: adjustors positioning, hub on center of mass, etc. Ship will handle almost the same with or without cargo, with a very stable yaw. For optimization purpose, elements have been selected based on maxed talents. This means ship will get better as your piloting talents go up, and reach full potential at higher levels. All my designs will be available at The Third Verse server In the closing weeks of DU’s beta phase, I spent many days producing this industrial warp hauler for us all to enjoy post launch. Using a source image found online, I carefully created the Hyperion in stunning detail. The key was to remain faithful to the concept art and achieve a performance that would rival any ship in its size class. The appearance of this full size S core might deceive you, but rest assured, the handling and capability of the ship will not disappoint. Utilizing 5x Basic Container L the Hyperion can comfortably handle 1KT worth of cargo to and from a 1G planet. This is not the hard limit as with good flight talents and a seasoned pilot, the ship is capable of more than double the recommended weight. The Hyperion PRO comes equipped with 8 Advanced Military Atmospheric Engines and 6 Advanced Safe Space Engines instead of Basics. This is the only difference between the versions. The Hyperion is intended as a warp capable hauler for moving large amounts of cargo efficiently. A shield is included in the blueprint, however, it is not recommended for use in the PVP zone as it has no weapons by default. All engines can be swapped out to increase performance but you can find the recommended engine loadout on the Hyperion PRO (rated for 2KT). Please note that exceeding the recommended weight of the ship may cause brakes and wings to underperform. The inertia matrix has been fine tuned to negate as many unwanted rotational forces as possible, even under extreme load. Once again, I have installed the open source LUA for container content information and element status (coded by Krengus of ASTCo). For the flight script, I opted to use Arch HUD by default (made by Archaegeo). as it provides a clean, customizable interface that is effective at displaying all the information you need as you focus on flying and it has everything you need.
