As he clawed his way into the launch of Dual Universe, Resource was heard screaming, "NO SHOEBOXES". Surely a ship could be built that could satisfy the detailed mind of a this ship builder with performance we all want, NO EXPECT without looking like a shoebox. And so as he toiled away in the darkness of Thades shadow at the Crash Industries skunkworks, the Cambria took shape. A T shape to be exact. But how would Resource achieve the high altitude lift he wanted, no required AND avoid a wall of engines? These are the challenges that drive some mad as they rebreathe the same stale air inside their helmets. The space anguish spiraled out of control as the ship went from 2, no 4, no 4.5 containers! Just when some would break down in a pile of mangled voxels, Resource looked up and saw his masterpiece. His first thought? I wonder if I can cram a medium shield in there? ... the answer was yes. The Cambria by WarpForged is a small core (small footprint) hauler that safely lifts two XL mission packages (2.8+ kt in 4L & 1M containers) from Alioth's surface with level 4 pilot talents. This hauler is made for everyone who needs to get stuff done. It's a good looking ship without a bunch of extra elements you're going to have to repair if the inevitable happens. If you have to deliver some items to a nearby planet, moon or space base but don't want to get into expenses by using a huge hauler for just those few items, the Baby Bull comes in quite handy. The Baby Bull is equipped with 2x Container S and a hub, as well as with an Uncommon Military Atmospheric Engine L that makes it "not too slow" (2,450 km/h) in the atmosphere, too. The Baby Bull has also space engines, 2 sliding doors, and a big amount of lift. The small size of the Baby Bull allows it to fit inside many different types and sizes of ship hangars. Baby Bull can land on small space. Made for a total weight of 128 metric tons (1G re-entry). Enjoy.

Black Icarus is my first supersonic heat-resistant ship build, it's cheap to make, but packs a punch! It's designed as fast travel ship as it can do 3000+km/h in atmosphere without taking heat damage. It uses specialized heat shield to prevent heat damage, see it in action on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kps0fKjOGPo This ship is good for running your daily errands quickly! It has enough cargo capactiy and lift to be able to carry stuff from/to markets and you can also do some surface mining. it takes 30-60 minutes to fill the cargo with ore when surface mining (depending on areas and talents) and that's something that most people are willing to do and this ship is perfect for those runs, it can circle entire alioth in under 10 minutes. It's not perfect as this was my first supersonic ship and you might break a wing or brake here and there, but just take it easy and you'll be fine. making sudden / sharp turns while going supersonic can cause more damage, so when going supersonic, keep it as steady as possible. I highly recommend custom hud with altitude hold capabilites, because it's most effective at about 1-2% atmo, you can keep throttle at about 10% and it will go 3000+ easily, while barely spending any fuel. I used this ship for my daily errands for a week before i had to refuel. It's rather cheap to build and uses all the basic parts. NOTE - i have NOT tested cargo lift, but based on stats, it should be able to do about 1200 tons depending on talents. I think most i ever did was 700t and it didn't have any issues.

--DU creators website is very bad i got hacked do not trust it-- All likes removed from my ships In the closing weeks of DU’s beta phase, I spent many days producing this industrial warp hauler for us all to enjoy post launch. Using a source image found online, I carefully created the Hyperion in stunning detail. The key was to remain faithful to the concept art and achieve a performance that would rival any ship in its size class. The appearance of this full size S core might deceive you, but rest assured, the handling and capability of the ship will not disappoint. Utilizing 5x Basic Container L the Hyperion can comfortably handle 1KT worth of cargo to and from a 1G planet. This is not the hard limit as with good flight talents and a seasoned pilot, the ship is capable of more than double the recommended weight. The Hyperion PRO comes equipped with 8 Advanced Military Atmospheric Engines and 6 Advanced Safe Space Engines instead of Basics. This is the only difference between the versions. The Hyperion is intended as a warp capable hauler for moving large amounts of cargo efficiently. A shield is included in the blueprint, however, it is not recommended for use in the PVP zone as it has no weapons by default. All engines can be swapped out to increase performance but you can find the recommended engine loadout on the Hyperion PRO (rated for 2KT). Please note that exceeding the recommended weight of the ship may cause brakes and wings to underperform. The inertia matrix has been fine tuned to negate as many unwanted rotational forces as possible, even under extreme load. Once again, I have installed the open source LUA for container content information and element status (coded by Krengus of ASTCo). For the flight script, I opted to use Arch HUD by default (made by Archaegeo). as it provides a clean, customizable interface that is effective at displaying all the information you need as you focus on flying and it has everything you need. "USS Langley, (CV-1/AV-3)" - The first US Navy Aircraft Carrier 1920-1942 While this is not a replica of that famous ship, it carries that famous name. The ship has been created as a no-nonsense purpose-built work ship. There are no Deco elements (there is room to add them if you desire), there are no fancy board rooms or lighting elements and plants and frilly things. The total element count is 633. The Langley has a large flat carrier deck that is greater than the size of an M core ship, as such it can accommodate the largest M core ships in the game while they have a full load, and that is what it was built for. While this is not a "Hauler" there are 34 Advanced Optimised L Containers below deck, 4 of them for Warp Cell and miscellaneous storage. There is a massive area "On Deck" to place cargo packs or containers and your favorite ships up to a fully loaded M core. The ship has been tested with 16kt of cargo off and on to a 1G planet it is being rated at 16kt, more than that is the Pilots responsibility. There are 30x Advanced Military atmospheric engines to push this to space, and 4x Advanced Military space engines to get it to max space speed. Space Thrusters are included to make navigation at a space station easy. There is space to add 8 more ATMO Engines if you do not use an AGG. Please take some time to compare the STATS to other ships. Every effort has been made to make the ship efficient and easy to manage. ALL elements on the ship that can be boosted, are boosted to level 5 non-PvP boosts.
