The balcony style condo is designed to provide plenty of open plan areas for showing off your decorations and trophies, while still being able to segregate areas for certain tasks. The balcony of the 2nd floor provides a great cover for several personal speeders, protecting against casual collisions and weather, should the environment be a little rough. Designed with a Basic Container M & 4x Mining Unit L's, this resource facility can store up to 7 days worth of resources for a single weekly haul. Over 80kL of ore storage!
