I highly recommend letting factory run for 24 hours before starting the assembly lines for containers. 24 hour production rate with no talents that is if you set all machines to run. You can supply materials and i supply BP and deployment and you just pay me $6mil or i supply everything and you pay $12 mil. The price includes x3) Basic Containers L per section (x9 total).
