This XS core, ultra light orbiter was sculpted entirely using the VPT for maximum style. Designed with fuel economy and basic parts in mind, I set out to make a sleek, easy to acquire ship that everyone can enjoy post wipe. The Luminaris has 1 Medium and 2 Small Atmospheric engines with 4 Small Space engines and has a top speed of 49,000km/h+ in space. Feel the thrill as you drift around celestial bodies and stop on a dime when you reach the end of your intrepid journey. The ship wasn’t built for hauling although 6 Basic XS Containers on a hub are provided for light shopping and carrying around your data items, spare fuel and scrap. I hope you have as much fun flying the Luminaris as I had building the ship. Achieving the tiny form factor without compromising on the elements needed to retain its performance was, in some ways, more of a challenge than on the M core Stiletto I built. The Luminaris comes with Arch HUD by default (made by Archaegeo). On top of that I have chosen to use the Container Monitor open source LUA by Krengus of ASTCO as this is a helpful script for checking weight, fuel and inventory at a glance. The Gray Runner is designed as a single seater for the new PvE Mission in patch 1.4. You can finish multiple runs of the mission difficulty “easy” and with the Rare Precision Cannon S you are able to quickly kill your enemy. A shield vent should not be necessary. This version contains Basic Engines, but for more fun we are recommending Safe Engines. Note: PVP talents are not saved in blueprints, so you will not be able to use the weapons after deploying the BP. The ship has the ability of uncontrolled soft landing. When having reached sufficient height and minimum speed, the pilot could leave the cockpit and she will glide towards the ground and has a smooth touch-down, provided that there are no obstacles in her way (artificial structures, steep cliffs ). She uses XS landing gear to allow easy access. Strong lights provide good sight when landing in the dark. She's at home on hovers, in the air, and in space. The ship is sold as token, and the sales are limited to a total of 10 ships only to keep her rare. The price is 9 million, but if the buyer provides all materials and elements, the price will be reduced to 7.5 million - a discount of more than 10% and well above the worth of all used elements and materials. Mule: Is the first (xs) ship I built myself, which was basically an oblong box with engines and wings. I kept adding items to the structure until I could fit no more on due to space constraints. The ship does fly mostly like I intended it to but it can be easy to overloaded with cargo even when moving ore. This ship was essentially my test ship and allowed me to roughly gauge how many engines etc. you need to atmosphere and space flight for a particular weight of craft and cargo. I have not flown it other than to take the screen shots and I can confirm it is fast ship in atmosphere but other than that I am sure it would need some tweaks and a real stress test to add more stats than I have provided already, given some of the game changes that have happened in the months since I stopped using this ship. Needless to say this ship was used my myself for quite some time until I managed to acquire the parts to start a first version of my ship Elemental.
